My first time here. I hate to shop. I walked in and was greeted by Theresa. I told her that I needed a good pair of walking shoes because I don’t own a car, and that I was an old guy on social security and couldn’t afford much. Theresa was wonderful! She measured and evaluated my feet, and then brought me a number of pairs to try on. She must have spent a full 45 minutes helping me. I settled on a pair that felt good and was at a reasonable price. She even gave me the senior citizen discount that I didn’t even know they offered! This was a great experience for me and the credit goes to Theresa. I will definitely go back, and I recommend this store to others.

first time here I had a lot of questions and the employees were hiding. yesterday I went back and got a lot of help and smiling employees. the shoes are great, made in America, and the customer service was excellent.

Deals that are WAY to good. And not just a pile of shoes with«discount» written on them. Several sizes, colors of each, more than several: PLENTY! Store is laid out well, with a friendly staff(though not very knowledgable on running shoes), and clean. Crowds during peak time, were handled very well. Prices are… very good. This was based on a store visit, during a holiday shopping marathon. The purpose of this review is to let people know how the«outlet stores» add up and compare to regular stores.

It’s your average outlet store with modest selection. I don’t understand why outlet centers are soo widely spread out in this town. Staff was friendly and helpfull but the limited selection is what made me sad. Sorry outlet store no sales off me ill do my shopping off the internet store.

I only come here to pick up some cheap running clothes. Usually I can get shirts and short for at least half off for what other places are charging(sorry RoadRunner Sports). Even though they have a huge shoe selection, most of it is limited in sizes and consists of styles of shoes that were market failures. I have never seen anything that a dedicated runner would be interested in. On top of it the employees are clueless about anything to do with the shoes, they seem only to point you in the general direction. Go to a dedicated running store(RoadRunner Sports) if you want to ensure your getting the best product for your feet.

I didn’t see anything I would like here. Not my style. They had some good sales though, and It was not as crowded like the other stores.

I went here to look for running pants and after searching their racks I found something in my size. The price was very affordable but the selection is lacking. Hopefully they will restock on some new items for the fall season. I can’t really comment on their shoe selection since I’m a Nike shoe runner. So if you’re looking for a good selection of running clothing, either go to the Nike outlet or the Under Armor outlet.

I went this weekend. The coupon is only for 20% off now… but still a good deal. This time, I actually brought in a worn pair of NB shoes and showed them how it wore out on one side more than the other. They said that I tend to pronate(SP?)… anyways, they recommended a shoe that would help prevent that so I would walk more evenly…

If you know exactly what you’re looking for and don’t need any help from anyone, this might be the store for you. However, if you need help picking out running shoes that fit your feet and running, you’ll need to go somewhere else first. I went to RoadRunner first and got their tests done, but couldn’t afford the shoes they recommended. So, I went to the New Balance outlet(because the shoes they recommended were NB). There were two guys standing there not doing anything and no one else was in the store. I asked where to find some shoes and they just pointed in the direction. They made no attempt to help me — they barely acknowledged I was there. Because their shoes are limited, I had hoped to find help getting the«right fit,» but ended up having to do it all myself. On the other hand, they do have good deals(although, it’s much like any other outlet store). I would go back because they have shoes I can afford, but that’s the only reason. EDIT: After writing this review, I was contacted by the store’s manager who noted that she spoke with the people working at that time and that they strive for customer service(usually). She also mentioned that their employees are available for sizing and fitting, etc. Because of this, I have added a star to my rating.
