No hot water ever. New girl Angie at the office is rude. I would not recommend this place can’t wait to move it sucks. Rent is so high. I give them no stars.

This complex is TERRIBLE. I’m glad I moved. Save yourself the money and hassle. And they have no A/​C. Apartment are hot as fuck. And they take forever to fix shit or won’t fix it at all. My car was damaged when they were paving the driveway and they never even tried to help fix it. I could go on and on but not gonna waste my energy. My advise? Don’t move here. FUCK ORO VISTA VILLAS. Carry on

I lived there for a year. Most of the people at the office has no idea what’s going one tells you one thing and the other a different thing. Glad I’m out of there. And they have bugs. Lots of them gross

Bottom line, I can not wait to leave this place. I have not had a single good experience with this place the past 12 months. Good management is non existent and they are extremely incompetent. The maintenance and grounds keepers are also always high on some drug. Ive seen them on multiple occasions «hot boxing» in their shed. The network parking solutions bs company who comes in and decides who they want to tow is absolutely ridiculous. Ive had to pay now almost a grand to get my car or my girlfriend’s car back even though they were clearly in the correct spots. The best experience is when I had to go to the ER in a cab because my car was towed. All appliances are outdated and the the stove always has issue. Half the time the burners cut out. On top of all that they increased the rent to about 1800 for this apt. They need a reality check on what this place is worth.

This place has is infested with roaches. Even if they spray the bugs keep coming back. Why pay $ 1300 to live in a roach infested apartment.
