I’ve had my business mailbox at Pak Mail La Jolla for 11 years. The customer service is exceptional and I always look forward to talking with owner Melih. He’s a brilliant businessman and friendly and ethical. He’s so passionate about helping people with whatever they need, and has such great energy that I know I can always count on him.

We’re in the midst of rightsizing & PakMail was recommended by Caring Transitions. I called & obtained information on out of state shipment which was provided by the owner, Mehli. We set up the appointment for the pickup for 9÷1÷15. He arrived alone which made me concerned since the shipment included heavy wood chest & other furniture items plus framed artwork. He reassured us that it was not a problem. We’ve never seen anyone work so hard than Mehli. He also handled the fragile & collectible items very carefully. He was right, he moved all the items by himself & got the items on the truck without hitting the walls or door frame in the house. We are very impressed with his work & the fee was very reasonable. He also made a follow up call in the evening to make sure we were satisfied. He made a commitment to let us know when the shipment will leave San Diego & arrive at its destination. PakMail provided excellent customer service. We are confident the shipped items will arrive in excellent condition too. We highly recommend PakMail & Mehli.

I needed a large air purifier shipped to Hawaii. These guys did a wonderful job packing this very awkward package and it arrived in perfect condition. Every time I’ve been in this place everyone has been so nice and so helpful. If you need something packed and shipped, this is the place to go!

Shipping charges are nonsense and unjustifiable, what a scam !! Never heard of this company before and hope to never again.

Above and beyond what I pay for. These guys look out for me. I use them to perform all the office tasks I would if I had an office.

Very friendly and easy transaction at Pak Mail. I wanted to mail a book; they packed it and only charged me a small fee for the box and packing materials. Also, I meant to write a note with the package and forgot to do so at home. Well, they looked around and found a nice postcard for me to write on, again, very little charge. Very happy with the packing and will absolutely come here next time I need to ship something.

I was helping out a friend by mailing some items overseas. She insisted that I go to the Pak Mail at the corner or Pearl and La Jolla Blvd. and ask for Melih, the owner, to assist me. She did not steer me wrong. Melih was great! He’d obviously gained my friend’s trust and he made the transaction go smoothly. He understands the importance of excellent customer service and return business. Highly recommend!

Super quick and efficient. They help you ship anything and everything. It took me about half a minute to pack and ship textbooks, gifts, or important papers. Way faster than going to the post office.
