Par Liquor Stores

I’ll be coming here more often! The outside is deceiving, just looks like another run down liquor store. Wrong! The inside is extremely clean, organized, and most importantly has anything you could want. I went for wine, and the clerk even asked if I wanted a chilled version since I just plucked mine from the shelf. I didn’t look too closely, but I did see a ton of craft beer selections along the freezer wall.

my friend Drue C. was visiting from SF and wanted to buy a bunch of beers to take back home with her (things that aren’t distributed up there)…Par Liquor was not on her «beer advocate» list, but it was recommended to us. I know very little about beer… but they walked out with probably a dozen tall bottles, so it seems as if they struck gold!
i personally was not planning to buy anything but an ice cold diet pepsi to get some bubbly in my tummy to take care of my over indulgence from the night before. I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent array of three olives vodka. They had flavors that Bev Mo doesn’t carry! and only for a couple bucks more (i paid $ 20 a bottle here) I purchased a bottle of PURPLE and a bottle of CAKE to take home and add to my dwindling collection… hmmm…i should have bought 2 b/​c this place isn’t very close to my house. oh well… next time i’m at Kaiser on Zion… i’ll make an extra stop here.
the guy working was super helpful and friendly. I didn’t feel as if i was in a typical «liquor store»…
i’ll be back!
