I had my phone fixed here, and was satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly and fully informed me of what was wrong with my device, as well as a step by step explanation of the repairs. Their prices are competitive with other repair places in the area, and have always given me the best deals. I will be returning here for all my tech repairs in the future.

John was really helpful, i had a busy day and wanted to be in and out of the store quickly and he did just that. great customer service!

Had my galaxy note 5 LCD replaced here. They took longer than quoted to replace the screen and I had to call them to even find out it was ready. A week later the glass was popping out of my phone and when I pushed it back together the glass cracked. I took it in to payless under the assumption that they would honor their 30 day warranty. Turns out they try to run a scam on you and deny that anything is their fault. I told them the screen came loose as a direct result of the work they did. They told me they can’t be sure and tried to weasel their way out of honoring their warranty. Then came the negotiating, they said they can fix it for $ 125, I said no they should fix it for free. More denying and blaming me, they told me I should have come in when it happened I explained it happened that morning. Anyways, they made it clear they were just trying to juice me for more money and weren’t going to honor their warranty. So an expensive lesson learned, not only was the work mediocre at best, they aren’t a business based on respect and honesty to their customers, just looking to make another dime off people. I walked out of there super irritated but I ended up finding a repair store that was recommended by the local AT&T store. They quoted me $ 90 to fix just the glass and when they realized the glass wasn’t in stock, they dropped it to $ 70!

Words can’t even begin to say how grateful I am for Payless Wireless! I spilled a glass of wine (don’t judge me lol) on the keyboard of my Macbook Air and my laptop wouldn’t even turn on anymore. I took it into the Apple Store to get looked at and they said it would cost me $ 775.00 to fix it (swiping my hard drive clean) or $ 1,000.00 to just buy a new laptop entirely. I took my laptop into Payless Wireless because they had good reviews on Unilocal and they were able to fix it completely in a few days for only $ 198.00! Serious lifesavers! Especially right before Finals Week. Definitely my go-​to repair shop from now on. Thanks Payless Wireless!

Family member gave me a bricked tablet so i decided to look at stores that can fix and repair electronics. I came upon Payless Wireiess at the top of my Unilocal search read their customers reviews and went there first thing the next day.

I brought my iPhone 5c here to get the screen fixed, in total cost $ 80 it was worth it! John is very friendly, he fixed my screen within an hour and he even added the tempered glass protector. THANK YOU! ((-:

I dropped my phone — mostly because i work for an evil company that just had a big layoff, and my boss was being a big jerk before the layoff during his staff meeting. I was so upset afterwards that I dropped my phone in the company parking garage. and it shattered the glass on the phone. One of my co-​workers told me about Payless Wireless. I went there on a Friday afternoon, and they had my phone fixed in less than one hour! They get 5 stars. If I could rank my boss he would get one star.

Customer service is great, I’m cautius about cell phone repair places because of so many bad experiences I’ve heard about. They gave me a great deal on two phones plus a warranty and completed 3 phones for me in a day when other shops had to take a few days to order the parts.

I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and it was ready within 3 hours, which I think is absolutely reasonable. My Samsung galaxy s5 is as good as new now, with a tempered glass protector totalling about $ 100. I also purchased a new auxiliary cord, so A+ for stock as well.
The employee who handled my transaction was very kind and patient so I will be returning for any future fixings.

I broke my phone while skateboarding and I was sure that it was beyond repair. The iphone had bent and shattered the screen. I took my phone there and they were able to repair the phone! It literally looks brand new. It was a bit pricey but I was already expecting that since any repair for iPhones are usually expensive. Great service! Will def go back there if I ever need something else.

Ok, So My phone… is my LIFE! Normally i would fix these things myself as i am tech savy enough to do the job. but i was in a time crunch.
i use my phone mainly for work and when it died i was in trouble. my screen was cracked and the LCD touchscreen wasn’t working right. I knew that i couldent wait for e-​bay parts.
Other places quoted me up to 180 $ …that’s more than the phone is worth (Samsung galaxy s4) but these guys gave me the fair quote of 60 $ cash out the door.
I Gave them the phone and an hour and a half later it was fixed and i was back to business!
They are Very friendly and professional not to mention they do a solid quality job for a very low price.
I would recommend them to everyone in need of Samsung repairs!

The screen on my iPhone 6 was completely shattered, and the screen was black so I went to get it repaired at Payless wireless. It was a bit pricey, but the repair man gave me a little bit of a discount and my phone now looks brand new! They also put on a glass screen protector for me for free. I would definitely recommend Payless wireless! They did an awesome job

Everyone working here is very polite and quick. I broke my phone one night and went to Payless phone repair around 3 30 the next day after seeing good reviews. My phone was fixed by 4 15 and they put a screen protector on. The total was about $ 136 and my phone is as good as new!

I desperately needed to get my iPhone 6 plus screen repaired that day and I searched all over San Diego. A lot of places could do it but no one had the parts in stock to do it. I went to these guys and they were very curious and expedient. My phone was fixed in about an hour. They fix laptops also, which I will be returning soon for!

This place is the absolute best!!! I called around to many places, and they were the cheapest by far!!! They were able to fix my MacBook Pro LCD screen as well as completely fix my iPhone5 for only $ 285. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for cell/​laptop repairs!!! I dropped my phone again today =(That makes 3 screens for my crappy iPhone 5c this year alone– ANYHOW, I took my phone in at 6:30pm today, 30 minutes before they closed. The young man at the front desk assured my my phone would be ready by close of business and sure enough it was … These guys saved my life! In and out in 30 minutes and very reasonably priced! This phone repair store was awesome. Low price, but high quality. Only charged 61.00 dollars to fix my cracked phone screen while others I called around to charged 100.00 dollars or more.
