After an average experience previously, we have received tremendous customer service now. A class act! We will be back the next time we are in town.

As a wedding entertainment professional, I always pay close attention to what my fellow vendors have to offer. It takes a team to build a successful event and it really makes all the difference in the world when a service or product is backed by owners who are passionate about what they do. The cupcakes speak for themselves… fresh and delicious! It was their display and attention detail that really caught my eye initially though. I made it a point to meet the owners and I’ve been recomending this company to my clients for over a year now. There has been nothing but great feedback about their excellent customer service and fabulous dessert treats. Thanks for making me look good!

The best cupcake I’ve ever experienced! The Elvis cupcake is my favorite but the Red Velvet is such a close second, I’m going to have to go back to try them again. =) The icing was perfectly sweetened and the cake was by far the best I’ve had. I’m just counting down the days until I go back. A must-have experience!

I absolutely love a good cupcake and Petit Pastries definitely satisfies the hankering for sweets. I found this place on a whim, as it is not too far from my work, and I’m certainly glad I stumbled upon it. The cupcakes are never dry and the frosting is delicious! The other thing that I really like about this bakery is the uniqueness of their desserts. You can tell that they take the time to personalize the items they make. The Pina Colada cupcakes were absolutely amazing, topped with coconut and pineapple. This place is definitely worth a visit. As most have said, it is small, but the quality of their cupcakes is absolutely amazing which I’d easily take any day over a huge quantity of flavors; I think there were roughly 10 the last time that I was there. Anyway, if you’re looking for a good cupcake, go to Petit Pastries!

I was in the area so I decided to wanted to get a cupcake. I was confused when I didn’t see Batter Up but upon closer inspection I saw they still had cupcakes. Walked in and asked if it was the same as Batter up and I guess they changed owners. The assortment of cupcakes was pretty pathetic. They had maybe 6 flavors half of which didn’t have labels so I had to ask what each one was. Ended up getting snickerdoodle. Went to pay and it was $ 3.5 which I think is pretty ridiculous since it was kind of small and we aren’t in a high profile area where people will pay that for a designer cupcake. So I pay and the girls like ok thanks. I kind of stare at the bare cupcake like what am I supposed to do with this? She didn’t ask if I needed it packed up, so I guess she just figured I would awkwardly eat it In the super bare and quiet seating or I would just drive it home without any covering? So I asked for a box or bag, hoping for a box like I had received at Batter up and just got a little brown bag. Cupcake fell over in the car. The cupcake tasted ok. The actual cake was tasty but overcooked on the top. The frosting was way too sweet. Also, the cashier/clerk was dressed extremely unprofessionally. Like I get it’s a cupcake store but you shouldn’t wear basketball shorts and a tank top that shows half your bra. That’s just tacky. I rarely ever notice stuff like that but she just looked sloppy. Won’t be back.

I saw the bakery sign for the first time from the parking lot this past SUNDAY afternoon(7⁄5) and thought wow, nice! I can’t wait to go check it out — we just love baked goodies. So when we walked in we was there was basically nothing but a few cup cakes and some mini-apple pies for sale. All sitting behind a glass barrier. Noticing that they don’t use any refrigeration, I assumed all were freshly baked. We ordered several of the mini-pies to go, apple the server said they were. Then as the pies were being packed-up into a box to go, we all noticed the GREENANDGRAYMOLD all over the top and in the cracks of the dough! EEW! What the heck is going on? We were fortunate(thank you) that the sever had noticed ALLTHEMOLDSPOTS and said she couldn’t sell them since they were SPOILED and NOTSAFETOEAT. I was left wondering how long they had been sitting there with out refrigeration? Obviously not freshly baked! Too bad since it was our first time ever going to the place — we won’t be returning! How do these guys stay in business?

Try the cupcakes! They are delicious! I’ve had the red velvet, German chocolate, lemon zest, but my favorite is actually the vanilla. I don’t know what’s in it, but it’s deliciousness! Update: I have also tried their cookie sandwiches and they’re quite good! The new owners are really nice and are willing to work with you to create the perfect treat! Give them a try!

It was a lazy Sunday & Cupcake Wars was on the tv. My husband dozed off & I couldn’t control my urge for cupcakes. So I decided it was finally time to try Petit Pastries & it would be a nice surprise after a lazy Sunday nap! I’d only recently discovered it! I jumped on Unilocal to find a local cupcake spot for my niece’s birthday dinner 2 weeks ago. We ended up getting an ice cream cake(per her request!) but I wanted to try out this place! It was RB Alive street fair that day so inventory was low. But I got an Elvis, S’mores, Fauxstess & a cheesecake bite. I only sampled the cupcakes(hubby is a DIEHARD cheesecake fan & devoured it before I could try it! He said it was awesome though!) & they were all FABULOUS! Moist & flavorful! I was thrilled! The Elvis is banana & peanut butter & the Fauxstess is a homemade version of the Hostess cupcake. I’m not sure if it’s good or bad that they are so close & so good! Haha! I see A LOT of cupcakes in my future!

update — like I said before their desserts are super yummy. any concern I had regarding the service was addressed above and beyond! the owner personally contacted me ASAP and offered the most sincere and professional response to my comments and offered to make it up to us. as sweet as it is I don’t even need a freebie– it’s just awesome to know there are business owners out there that value their customers this much. I will definitely be back and I hope to update to a five star review next time!!!

I am not one to turn down a great cupcake and the cupcakes coming out of this oven at Petite Pastries are simply irresistible. I stopped after an early lunch and went to town on a petite cinnamon roll and a cupcake of the day, a chocolate chips cupcake, each for $ 3.25. First, my favorite of the two was the chocolate chip cupcake because you know, it tasted just like a chocolate chips cookie! Not only did it provide that great home baked chocolate chip cookie flavor, but it also had that very moist cake portion that also tasted like chocolate chip cookies, and lo and behold, sure enough, there were the chocolate chips inside the cake portion. The frosting was mild in flavor, and not as sweet as the cinnamon roll’s butter cream, and with a more grainier texture. I really liked the frosting because it did not overwhelm the cupcake. A great cupcake and I hope they make this particular one on a regular basis The cinnamon roll was not to shabby as well. They use the croissant batter to make the petite roll. Therefore, the roll had a very nice flaky yet moist texture with a mild buttery flavor. The cinnamon flavor was just right and not heavy handed. I liked the creative way it was made. The butter cream topping was very silky smooth with a rich buttery flavor. I liked but I thought it was a little heavy handed. In this case, less would of been better, but it was no big deal because I removed about half of it. Genesis was manning the pastry shop when I visited. She was very helpful and polite. I liked that she took the time to talk about the baked goods and was more than willing to answer my inquiries. In addition to the cupcakes, they also bake cookies, cakes, and a few other nick knacks. Sweet tooth craving full filled!
