One of my favorite pizzas is at Pizza Hut with their meat lovers with jalapeños and extra cheese. Their pan crust is delicios and fresh and well cooked. Love it. Actually heats up better when you microwave it for a minute and then heat it up in a pan…

Terrible experience, we ordered 2 speciality stuffed crust pizzas. (pepperoni lovers and a super supreme.)
What we got was 2 cold pizzas that were not stuffed crust but rather cheesy bites. The pepperoni lovers and super supreme were skimpy on toppings.
I called them and told them that they delivered the wrong one. The person who answered said «Oh the cheesy bites one right»? He said that they were out of stuffed crust so they just used cheesy bites because they didn’t want to make new dough.
I checked the website and it said that were out of cheesy bites but had stuffed crust. He said «Oh yeah the website is always off». I said I wanted a refund and they only wanted to refund $ 10 when I paid over $ 38. After awhile they finally refunded store credit.
*Apparently you have to call them and tell them that you want cheese and peppers for delivery.
The one San Ysidro is far better and they care for their customers. No need to tell them you want cheese and peppers and they aren’t skimpy on toppings

I ordered a pizza for take out on a Friday night about 6 pm. The wait time was 25 minutes. When I got there, at least 5 employees spoke to me and wanted to help. It was not crowded. My pie was ready, tasty, and for the $ 10 any pizza, quite the bargain! The people there were too nice!

I always order online & they are pretty fast on weekdays (:. I ordered a brownie and it came raw. But they made it right for me. Good customer sevice. Good pizza.

Will think twice about ordering from here. Ordered 2 DIFFERENT medium pizzas. We were told an hour wait, but got it with 30 minutes. Problem 1. I ordered online with a credit card. They charged the credit card $ 1.30. Yep, $ 1.30. I ended up paying the delivery man the correct amount with promise previous charge would be deleted. Problem 2. Neither pizza was Correct. toppings that were to be on one were on the other and the crusts were wrong.
We called back and it will be an hour for them to send the correct pizzas. Problem 3. WE ARE HUNGRY NOW. Problem 4 On the second set of pizzas, the Thin crust pizza was correct but Hand tossed pizza was missing bacon and cherry peppers. STILL not right and it is now almost 10PM. Pizza order went in at 7:44 Nope, probably not going to order from them again.

Ordered online and my pizza arrived in less than 30 minutes. :-)
I ordered two medium pan pizzas:
1– Canadian bacon and pineapple with the Hut Favorite seasoning.
2– Pepperoni and extra sausage also with the
Hut Favorite crust seasoning.
Order some marinara sauces to dip your crust in because OH MY GOSH it’s yuuuummmmyyyy!!! (50¢ each).
Each pizza was only $ 6.99.
Add a $ 3.00 2-​liter of Pepsi.
Delivery is like $ 4.00.
Total was approximately $ 28.00.
If you think about it, it’s a smoking deal! You get enough pizza to eat tonight and enough leftover to eat for breakfast or lunch the next day.
No freaking fast food joint could top a deal like that.
McDonald’s comes out to darn near $ 30 for the 4 of us now.
The pizza has been perfect recently.
A couple of years ago, they weren’t doing so great, but it looks like they’re getting their act together. Sometimes they’ll lag a little, but you have to make sure you’re not ordering when you’re ALREADY STARVING because the wait can be up to 90 minutes, even if the website says 60.
When I place my order online, I’ll call the restaurant afterwards and ask how long the wait is going to be. Just a tip.

I wish I would have read these reviews sooner. I ordered online and out took about an hour and a half to get here when they said 40 minutes.(I live right around the corner) The pizza was cold. and the pasta was tasteless. I assumed since we received cheesey bread sticks we would automatically get marinara sauce but there was none. I am incredibly disappointed.

This place sucks!
Placed our order online and was told it would be an hour and half. This was already a long wait to begin with. Email confirmation said 8:06. At 8:26 with no word from them we called to see what the hold up was. The girl on the phone said it wouldn’t be here until 9:00. When we asked why the email confirmation said 8:06 she told us they don’t have anything to do with the website. What!!!
The time just before this they didn’t have the toppings and size we wanted. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!

So, you just passed by and saw this awesome, old school Pizza Hut restaurant (that still looks like a hut) and now you’re looking up some Unilocal reviews to see if you should dine in. If you’re in a good mood and have patience… THEN, DON’T WAIT — DINE IN! :D Don’t let the 1.5 stars scare you off!
My husband and I have been going here for years — in fact, I have been coming here since I was in elementary school getting awarded free pizza for my book reading through BOOK IT! (My South Bay peeps know what I’m talking about! :D woo woo!)
Here’s what you need to know about my most recent dining experience (5/17/15)in a nutshell:
–WE LOVE HOW THIS PLACE STILL HAS BAKED WINGS! None of that Wing Street nonsense!
–all tables were clean! And while we were there, we noticed the tables being bused right after diners left!
–Dine-​in Service was friendly and professional (THANKS TO PAUL!)
–Drinks tasted crisp!
–YES, this place gets super busy; we had to get up to request a refill on our drinks and ask for the check but we really didn’t mind because the REALITY is they need more servers!
–HERE’S A BIG TIP FOR DINING IN: PLACE YOUR ORDER RIGHT WHEN YOU GET THE MENUS! Yes folks, to cut the waiting time in the dining room, know what you’re going to order before walking in through the Pizza Hut doors!
Lots of locals come here to pick up their orders rather than getting it delivered. I can’t attest to the delivery but dining in and carryout has always been a good experience for us. Again, I do wish that there were more servers and workers — it would definitely help pick up the pace with the orders and maybe even with the Unilocal stars!

Every time I order from this place, my stomach does not feel right ! Any other Pizza Hut or pizza place I’m fine with but this one is horrible. Thank you Pizza Hut for giving me food poisoning and causing me to miss work! Never again !!

Fool me once…
I tried ordering at this store 2 weeks ago and had a HORRIFIC experience. I first tried to order online, but for some reason their promo codes weren’t working for what we wanted to order. We ended up having to call. There was something majorly wrong with their phone lines, and it would be clear for about 10 seconds and then have 5 seconds of screeching static. After waiting 20 minutes on hold (and I’m not exaggerating) we got a live person. We fumbled through the static trying to order, but they couldn’t hear us and vice versa. The guys told me «I’ll call pshshhsshthtshhsh back pshshshhsththshshthtsht». I waited about 10 minutes, no call back. My husband called and waited on hold for another 20 minutes (I honestly don’t know why we didn’t give up at this point) and spoke to someone that actually DID call us right back, from her personal cell phone! What a joke! He placed our order, she told us it would be 30 min. When he went to go pick up our pizza 30 minutes later, IT WASN’T EVEN MADE YET!!! He told them (more calmly than I would’ve, I might add) that he was going to run to the grocery to get a few things and would come back in 20 minutes. When he came back 20 minutes later, they were barely getting ready to put it in the oven!!! He didn’t complain to the manager, he just left. We ended up getting food somewhere else. Sadly, very sadly, I was stupid last night and decided to give it another shot, thinking it had to have been a fluke. There used to be a guy named Oscar that used to work there that was awesome, but I think there must be new management or something.
Fool me twice…
Last night I ordered online. I was prompted a wait time of 40 minutes. After an hour and ten minutes of waiting, I called to get a status update. After 14 minutes on hold, I spoke to Marissa who informed me my pizza was still «IN STORE». Dude. NEVER AGAIN!!! If I don’t see those charges refunded on my credit card in the next few days I’m going to LOSE it. Can’t believe they’re so unorganized. How hard is it to make one large pizza???

Do not get delivery! They will forget something on your order! Guaranteed! I can’t remember the last time they delivered everything correctly. Pretty much done with this location. I remember it did not used to be this bad but service has been going down hill more and more.

Eeeek! Usually a little grease & grime doesn’t bother me as far as looks go; but today I should have taken it as a warning! I brought my son to redeem his free personal pan pizza. I was hungry and wanted to eat something somewhat healthy I dove into the salad bar… I paid for it!!! A couple of hours later I was praying to the porcelain gods I’ve been told I have a «gut of steel» for some the foods I eat, so be warned, this place is Not the place to bring your family

So today, February 3^rd 2015, I witnessed an employee stick a fork into one of the salad bar buckets. Which would have not bothered me, but he then ate w. e he picked out and stuck the same fork back into the bucket. I didn’t even eat anything I just left.

Poorly managed store. Is it the franchisee or the management? Runs out of basic toppings. Doesn’t honer corporate deals, needs to be bought out. Would be a great location for a wing street why hasn’t it happened?

Jesus H Christ! These guys are fast! Ordered online on a Tuesday night. Got pizza at my door in under 25 minutes!
Super Freaking Happy!

I will never return to this store.
I ordered online at 5:15 for a delivery within the hour (it said delivery by 6:15 in my order email). The driver never came up and knocked — I have three dogs that bark at the wind and any person walking up. I called at 6:20 and waited 20 minutes to get someone on the line. I spoke with the person who supposedly delivered my order — his name was Javier. Refused to help me and when I said if the order wasn’t delivered within a half hour, I’d call back and speak with the manager, he immediately transferred me. Seemed as if he didn’t want to handle me. When I was on with the manager (Corrie), he so rudely disconnected the call. When my mother called back, she got a nice guy named Richie who discounted our order by 50%. Okay, I can deal with that.
Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated with my service in all and though Richie helped by making it better for me, I will never return to this store. They lost my business, and they probably don’t care about it. Oh well.

Went here for lunch on Sunday at 11:00 am. They still had the 3 topping $ 6.00 special. The thing that sucked was the lady told us we had to order on line to get the special. WTF? Then, she asked her boss if we could use our app on our phone & was denied. Service was good by the lady, but it sucked that we had to order on line on our cell phone to get the special. Pizza will always be good.

When Pizza Hut is properly made it’s so-​so. Not bad, mind you, but pretty damn formulaic. Kind of the mcD’s of pizza. But tasty. When it’s not made well, and in particular by couldn’t-care-less high schoolers, it’s pretty bad. «That’s one bad pizza, Larry». I had a very bad experience with the delivery, and have had poor food dine-​in as well, mostly as part of football banquets. Really not that bad, I guess.
