I call for delivery first time to try there pizza they don’t deliver to my house 2 blocks from Papa johns pizza so I get pizza hotgood service

Well how do I start hmmm really bad customer service I been ordering from this place for while lady was rude had to call back an cancel the order from how mad lady made me so canceled an order from lemon grove f*** that I’ll drive a couple miles more for better service now

Been going here since forever. One of my go to pizza place when I am hungry and on a budget. Order online for carryout here for lunch yesterday. I ordered the typical pepporoni pizza with some hot bbq boneless wings and a 2 liter soda for $ 16 which isn’t too bad.
Left my house about 10 mins after I ordered and came to pick it up, It was ready to go for me the cashier was super nice. They didn’t have plates though :(which is lame.
Went home and everything was good, order was correct. Can’t expect too much from a fast food pizza place, But it did the job

I ordered carryout, so I can’t speak to the delivery service. Food was done when they said it would be, the order was correct and the pizza was good. The older gentleman that helped us was very friendly and professional

Went to the store and ordered a pizza, I was told 20 min, after 1HR of waiting in the waiting are I found out the pizza was done a while ago and no one told me, then got home and found out my order was wrong smh…

Omg i order for delivery they told me it would take at 85 minutes the guy on the phone was good at english so that’s wasn’t good also I just got my order and the wings and sauces were all over the box not good the driver was carying my order side ways smh I wouldn’t order from here again

Not a happy camper!!! Ordered on line to be ready at 430 and it is now 443. If you order ahead be prepared!!!

Had my order brought to my home wrong was very upset cuz this was not the first time it happened, called the store had the night manager Sam take care of my situation explained to him, well mostly spoke to him pist he totally calmed me and promised me my full order in less then 30, he added the cookie pizza thanks Sam and yall still better then the one on market street!

The pizza sucks. 2 fat girls working the night shift burnt my extra cheese pizza… And they didn’t even let me know any specials… Thumbs down. SMH

This specific location is the absolute worse! Let me just start by saying if you walk into a food place and they have bullet proof glass and a metal sliding device to give you your order and the floors look dirtier than a Darfur crack den, run, cancel that nonsense, get your money back and run before someone comes in and puts a gun in your face over pizza!
The parking lot is full of potholes and ghetto degenerates just hanging out… theres no rhyme or reason, theyre just chilling out at a creepy torn up parking lot with a hair salon and a pizza hut. I have an ok car and when I pulled in I thought for sure I was going to get car jacked, I had the 911 dialed on my cell and was just waiting to press send. I hit the lock and arm button like 3x to make sure all the creeps saw and heard. I walked in and some guy was yelling and cursing how its been over an hour and they messed up his order twice and that hes done and wants his money back NOW! I was honestly shocked to see the bullet proof glass crazy front counter as noted above and listed here as one of the pictures… im not making this $hit up. The floors were disgusting, dirt, like lots of dirt, as if a construction crew had tracked it in a month prior and no one had bothered to clean it up… balls of hair in the corners… it was nasty!
I ordered online and it quoted a time. I get there almost 10 minutes past that time and the order is non existent. I showed the kid my phone confirmation with location and order and time and he just shrugs and trots off…5 minutes later I get another moron at the vault asking to see my confirmation, he sees it and says they have nothing and to repeat my order… not only did I get my order nearly 30 minutes later but it wasn’t even right, or it was their version of right, if I pay for 3 toppings and only about 1.5 of that actually gets on the pizza someone messed up. Mushroom topping was literally limited to 4 small mushroom pieces spread out on the whole damn pizza! I asked for xtra cheese and they definitely didn’t do that but they charged for it…
The parking lot is scary the lobby is filthy and the front counter/​bank vault help are rude incompetent morons and to top it off I got sick from the pizza! This pizza hut location is garbage on every level, avoid it at all costs!

Every time my husband order delivery from here they get here so quick! Usually within 30 minutes and the pizza is always delicious! (:

Mid understood girl on the phone it was my fault but she was more than happy to replace my order for free! For a pizza spot it’s in the corner and I don’t come here often but when I do it’s not that bad! Came during lunch hour but it was not busy at all! Staff was very nice and had great smiles!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A NEGATIVE IF I COULD.
My experience was horrible horrible horrible today, I went into the pizza hut to do a carry out ordered my two pizzas and was told by the chick at the counter that it would be 15 minutes. I am like okay 15 minutes, THATS WHAT SHE TOLD ME. I sat and waited and 15 minutes pass not a sign of my pizza, okay thought I would give them a break thinking they were busy and waited a whole 30 minutes before I went to the window. The chick saw my face and ran to the ‘WARMER’ to grab my pizza. WHAT THE **** the pizza was ready the whole time then why did they not give me my order??? WHAT!!!
Went home after not complaining that my pizza took 45 minutes for what was said to only be 15 minutes! Went home and the pizza was cold, the cheese is beginning to harden up and the crust to my «THIN N CRISPY» was soggy? WHATTT!!!
Called them to explain what happened and the dude that I spoke with assured me that it would be ready in 15 minutes, we came back in 15 minutes and HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!
No sense of time, no customer service, not coming back ever. EVEN IF ITS THE ONLY PLACE THAT DELIVERS WHERE I LIVE, I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT THIS PIZZZA HUT AGAIN IN MY LIFE!

Hello Pizza Hut,
Today I called up and Amanda answered the phone. She was very nice and personable. Amanda took my order in a very professional manner and made sure to add a special touch of customer service. Amanda even attempted to offer additional items to up sell me. great sales pitch even though I declined.
I would have given you five stars however the delivery driver even though it seemed as if he were in the speed of light less than 30 minutes. When he got here we were a bit taken a back as to how quick he arrived. He knocked on the door and we yelled out «Who is it?» he declined to answer. We yelled out again and he replied «Pizza Hut». My spouse went out to pay him and tried to give him the change but the man turned it into an uncomfortable situation. Our balance was $ 16.70 and we gave him $ 20.00. It was almost as if he were offended. He ended up declining the tip and left. Not only did he leave abruptly but he left my front gate open. I have 3 dogs and that made me very upset. So YAY for AMANDA! and BOO to the delivery guy!!!

I did an online (advanced) order at 10am for delivery at 8:15pm, knowing I wouldn’t get home til 8. The delivery dude showed up at 7:45 (message on my machine) trying to deliver. I called the store when I got home at 8 and they really didn’t care. The driver showed up at 8:10 or so with my (now cold) pizza. Fail.

Everytime I come here it’s always SOMETHING. Once I called in the order and when I got there they gave my pizzas to someone else, then when they said they gave me MY pizzas it had the wrong crust. I got a coupon to get a free pizza on my next visit (which I lost). There were other people waiting in the tiny waiting area (this isn’t a full size pizza hut, just a delivery/​pick-​up place) and one guy was passing around a free large pizza because they messed up his order too. The other day I called in an order with wings, and when I got there to pick it up, the lady I talked to on the phone didn’t even ring up the wings… I didn’t get charged for the pizza, just the wings, but by the time the wings were done, the pizza was cold, and my 4 yr old had already eaten half of it. They’re giving away food, yeah, but I’d rather feed my family on time than sit around and wait for an hour.

I only come to Pizza Hut because of the wings AND of course because it’s free. My dentist gives me gift cards to pizza hut every time i clean my teeth, crazy huh?
the first time i ordered chicken wings took forever but the guy was very nice.
second time i wanted chicken wings late at night, boyfriend called the place and the guy worker picked up and said they closed at midnight, fine with me. i wanted to order online for chicken wings and i didn’t know how because i had a gift card. so i called this place on my own and the girl said «oh, i don’t know what you’re talking about we don’t have access to the internet» i was thinking to myself «are you serious?! how can you NOT have access to the internet when the website took me to your location!»
anyways, i changed the subject and asked what time she closed and then she said «11PM» okay?! my boyfriend just called & said the guy said «midnight» whatever, i let that go. so i just ordered my chicken wings on the phone because the last time i went it took to damn long. She said it’s gonna take 15 mins.
got there, i still had to wait. –_​_​_​-​«
sucks they charge for ranch. Seriously, why can’t you just give ONE free ranch, i did order chicken wings.

only reason i come here is for their delicious wings. fiery buffalo is almost orgasmic, in a fiery way.
but i do hate driving to this place and the area.
