Playground Warehouse

I liked this place. It is local, and have you can actually take your kids to the show room, and, if you sign a waiver, then they can play on the structures to test them. For $ 99 they will come out and do a site inspection, and measure for the playground. The price is applied towards an ultimate purchase. These are definitely not cheap play structures. They are very well-​made, and can be expected to last a long time. Ultimately, the end of the day, however, I had a problem with the service. The slide that arrived (green) was burning hot and literally burnt the children. It was wholly inappropriate for my small children. We asked for a solution, and they suggested a lighter color. They said it would cost $ 99 to replace it. Because I was not advised of this issue up front, and notified them the same day that it was delivered, I should not of been charged. I was very disappointed in this, and expressed my disappointment, but they did nothing to remedy it. They said that I was completely right, but then they still charged me — odd. So, while I like this place, I think that they should be defining themselves with great customer service. That simply did not occur here.

We purchased a 8×13 Spring Free trampoline from them 3 years ago. The service was fantastic and we have been thrilled with the product. They have all of the trampolines and play equipment set-​up inside of their shop so that the kids may «try out» the products prior to purchase. I highly recommend the Playground Warehouse!

Purchased a redwood swingset for my Daughter. The staff was very helpful and the installers were great. My total installation charge was $ 99. Where all the other places were charging at least $ 299 even if we purchased it from them. Have already sent 2 friends there for Trampolines. Great place.
