I love coming here! I have gotten dry cleaning done here and they are always prompt and efficient. Recently, I needed to get a dress altered and took it in and was not happy with the way the dress looked. They had me put it on and told them exactly what I wanted to get done and they were so helpful and did everything with a smile. They further altered my dress at no extra cost and even did it before the weekend I needed the dress for. I am really happy with their service and will continue coming here. I recommend this place to everyone! Great customer service.

So I have precious work duds that require TLC and there was only one other place I’ve used in past that surpassed my expectations — and I’m nowhere near them now. So, I’d thought I’d drop off a couple of items here, to see what the end result would be. Turns out, it was a great decision. My stuff came back soft and clean, with sweet customer service to boot. I’ve been coming here for a few months now because not only do I continue to receive all my clothing items back (hey, the struggle is real with some of these places) but also because they did the unimaginable two weeks ago and were able to remove serious purple deodorant stains out of a silk shirt. Awesome. This place rocks.

I had khaki pants that had a button that fell off. I don’t exactly live around the area but was sort of an emergency situation. So I decided to come here to get that stupid button sewn on again. The lady that assisted me did it in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t have to wait or anything. I tried to tip her but said it was okay. I’ll be coming back here again in the near future when I need dry cleaning or some sort of stitching. Nice people.

I have been taking my clothes to Premier Dry Cleaners for over a year now, and I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about their service. Every time come in, I am greeted with a smile. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The prices are extremely reasonable, and they always to an excellent job. Premier has removed stains I thought there was no chance of removing. I don’t know how they do it!
Additionally, I have had alterations done at Premier as well. Every time, they did a great job with a very quick turnaround.
Also, once I brought in a hat to be cleaned and the owner called me himself to explain the best way to clean it. I was so impressed! In my experience, not many business owners would do that. But Premier always goes the extra mile!
Plus, the interior of the store is very nice. I always notice the gorgeous granite countertop they have when I drop off or pick up my clothes.
I recommend Premier Dry Cleaners for all of your cleaning and tailoring needs!

I have been to cleaners all over SD and I absolutely love the perfect customer service and the fantastic quality … I will drive an hour in traffic to get the kind of customer service that Olga gives every person who walks through the door. She remembered my name the first time I went and that is important to me! I come from a small time where quality and service go hand in hand and this place hold those same values as high as I do… Keep up the great work and thank you so much Olga… You are a Rock Star!!!

I go to Premier Dry Cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations. They’ve always done a great job in both areas. I’m 5’3″ and small, and I’ve had a hard time finding a place that could handle head to toe alterations for a petite woman. No problems here!

This place is awesome. Quick turn around, good prices, quality service and great customer service. Olga is the best!
Update: this place is simply the best. They saved me big time. I needed my suits to be picked up on Sunday so the owner met me down at the shop on his day off so I could pick up my items in an emergency situation. I offered to pay extra to show my gratitude and he refused. He kept it at the same great price. Thanks so much Premier Dry Cleaners! I will be a customer for life.

Excellent service! Moved to this area a year and a half but continued to use my old dry cleaner in North Park. Finally decided it was time to change! This place is just down the street from me and the staff is so friendly! My only regret is that I didn’t switch sooner!

This place is right next to my apartment and they do a great job! I got some jeans tailored here in half the time Nordstrom’s quoted me for a more reasonable price!

I have used them a few times. The customer service is decent, but overall they do great work. Compared to other dry cleaners I would say they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Been using this place for over a year and it has been perfect. when I lived in PB I used a different cleaner, and they were more expensive and not nearly as friendly. I recommend this place.

I have been using this dry cleaners for a few years now and every single time I have been there the front desk attendants are so incredibly nice and helpful. I always leave there happier than when I came in even though it’s literally a 2 minute interaction. Prices are very reasonable and service is quick too!

Here is a good one to avoid, never had a cleaner charge me for a service that was not done, these guys are not the cheapest in town, but I chose to use them because of location and a quick return time. First of all they charge for removing stains, never had to pay for it at other cleaners, but the part that got me was when they can’t get the stain out, they will still charge you, «for trying» she said. Imagine if every business was operating like that.
