I’ve been a tenant at a property managed by Dan Cassidy, and Principle Real Estate Group. My wife and I have been renting here since July 2014. We found Dan’s advertisement for the property, and every step of the way — from signing the lease, moving in, maintenance, and now at the move-​out stage — Dan Cassidy and his team have been truly professional.
If I had a property to rent, or was looking to buy/​sell a home, I would go straight here and hire them to help me accomplish my goals.

My experience with Dan and the Principle Real Estate group was very good. I rented an apartment that they were managing and really liked how there were not any bureaucratic hassles (unlike with most property management places). Dan is a very down-​to-​earth guy who speaks in plain language about the lease agreement, what is expected of a tenant, etc., so he is very easy to work with.

I met Dan when we started to look for our first house. My wife and I were anxious to say the least, and Dan made all the complexity easy and understandable. He solved problems before we even knew they existed. Carina was awesome as well and secured our loan. We bought an amazing house, home to our first child. When it was time to sell it and move back to the East Coast, there was no doubt that we were going with Dan again. He and Dagmar rocked our house prep, got us three offers in first month, and we sold for the highest per square foot value in our area in like 10 months… Thank you for everything, buddy. We owe you two now!
