My company had been invited to a health & safety convention with other like minded companies and potential clients. We had informational brochures, our business cards, and food (of course), to give out to anyone who passed by. We decided that in addition to all of that normal stuff we needed to create keychain flashlights with our logo on them that would be useful to people, while also inadvertently advertising our company.
PSG’s Aaron Starns had given me his business card a few weeks prior and told me to give him a call if I needed anything. He was helpful throughout the whole process and was always looking out for our best interest. I was even able to call him a few times to see how things were going, he always picked up the phone and answered all my questions. We stayed well under budget and on time. On delivery day when UPS came by too early and had not dropped off our package because it was before business hours and no one was there to sign, Aaron got on the phone, called UPS and cleared it up. The package was then delivered on time and our keychains are pretty awesome.
