Came into Rainbow because I was near here and just wanted to buy some apples for my babe. The place is pretty clean but the fruit seemed a bit old. I picked out a few of the best ones but I do not think that their turn around for produce is that great. I will still come here for spare of the moment stuff if I am in the neighborhood. The cashiers are really friendly and all seem to have warm smiles!

I won’t really say if its good or bad, as I walked in for a few minutes to find something I was told could be found here. It seemed a little dirty and dingy and there were a lot of people loitering around outside. However, I’ve been to many places that had the outward appearance and turned out to be the greatest gems, like my little produce place on University. If I’m out this way again, I would stop by. They seem to have good prices in their meat department, and possibly some harder-​to-​find ethnic (mostly hispanic) ingredients.
