This is the second time I have used Dave and his crew. I was hoping the first time was not an anomaly. My wife got one of those new jet engine hair dryers that were tripping the breaker all the time. So I called RK for help. Dave came in to size up the job — even took the time to understand the problem so that he could provide an appropriate solution. He quoted the job then took the time to explains the job very clearly so there is no misunderstanding it was almost a college level tutorial on basic electronics. His crew came in and got the job done, cleans up and very professional. As long as he is in business he will have my business for life. …I highly recommend RK

RK Electric was the bomb! Dave called me a couple of days after he was referred to me by my landscape contractor and showed up on time to give me a quote. He turned what seemed to be a complicated situation of getting electrical to my new Spa and adding plugs to my backyard into a simple solution. when I came home the work was done and he called me later that night to see how I would like to pay and voila — project completed. He was courteous and thorough… I highly recommend!

We just bought a condo with no overhead lighting in the living/​dining area or bedrooms. There was very poor lighting in the kitchen also.
We received quotes from several electricians, but they all failed to address some critical issues that Dave was able to point out on the spot. We didn’t feel like he was charging us right and left for the extra stuff like dimmers etc. and he gave us a more than reasonable price to install 13 lights in our home and a couple of electric wall heaters. If I can figure out how to post some of the finish product photos, I will.
It all looks amazing and our neighbors have told us they plan to use him when they are ready to improve their homes.

Dave is a knowledgeable electrician who takes great pride in his work. He and his team re-​wired my home and upgraded the service, all for a very fair price. I always shop for value, (quality of work and price) this is part of what I do for a living, and I highly recommend RK Electric. Dave from RK Electric is super helpful and always on time. I run a screen printing business and we have used RK at least 6 times. He has even come in the middle of the night when we were out of commission. He is super knowledgeable and has saved us money on a number of occasions by recommending cost saving ideas instead of just gouging us for not knowing anything about Electricity. His finish work is always perfect too, many electrician leave you with a bunch of holes in your wall and expect you to hire someone else or fix it yourself RK Electric does it all! RK Electric has saved a few print jobs for me and I sure he will be back cause hes the only Electrician I am ever gonna call in San Diego.
