Of all of the Robeks that I have been to, this is my least favorite. They are not very friendly, I have struggled twice with explaining allergens and requesting substitutions, and the few things I can have that are free of those allergens really just taste awful(although I understand that’s a Robeks issue, the other two star knockers are for this location.)

The employees at this location don’t know what they’re doing(or just don’t speak English well). I went there today and decided to try their«pleasure peach» which is made with peach, almond milk and dates. I’m a huge fan of date shakes so I was pretty excited to try their version. A few moments later, the girl making my smoothie calls me over and hands me a drink and says«mahalo mango?» I give her a confused look. and tell her that’s not what I ordered. She gives me a confused look right back and continues pushing this drink towards me and affirmatively saying«mahalo mango.» I tell her again, that’s not my drink then and look around to see if there’s anyone else in the store that ordered a mahalo mango. The girl looks at the cashier and the cashier confirms that’s my drink and that its my pleasure peach, and not mahalo mango. Okaayyyyy… so the girl making my drink doesn’t even know what shes making? That’s a red flag right there. Anyway.I take the drink and leave. I wish I could say the drink was amazing. or even decent to make up for the terrible service there, but it was disgusting. It didnt taste like it had any trace of peach. It tasted exactly like what a mixture of vanilla protein powder and water would taste like. With the added texture of the dates of course. It was seriously one of the worst drinks i’ve ever had from a smoothie place.

I got to school early one day so I decided to come here to get a drink and smoothie since I love their Emperor Acai($ 6) which is consist of acai, strawberry, blueberry and greek yogurt. And I wanted to try their acai especial bowl($ 6) which have acai topped with banana and granola. Sadly their acai bowl was a big disappointment. They only gave me small scoops of acai and topped it with raw banana slices and a huge amount of granola. But good thing their smoothie was good! The next time I come here would only be for their smoothie not their acai. Theres better places, pricing and quantity for acai bowls else where! Only get their smoothies here! Service here was ok, I felt a bit rush when I was trying to figure out what I wanted and since I haven’t been here for a long time I couldn’t figure out what was the name of the drink. So I tried describing the drink and the guy just handed me the menu and told me to look it up and rush on making a drink before coming back quickly taking my order and went on to doing whatever else he needed too.

The service is great and they make the best mixed drinks. My combo is kale, spinach, Apple, and beets. Yummy and healthy

This was my first time coming to Robeks, I work down the road and I was craving a fresh juice so I thought I would give it a try. I got the ‘EverGreen’ it came with ½ cucumber, ¼ lemon, ½ apple, celery, a huge handful of spinach and a huge handful of kale. And then I added ginger for a little immunity boost. I was extremely surprised and happy that they didn’t pack the juice full of apple and they weren’t stingy with the fresh greens. huge thumbs up on that one! And unlike a lot of Other new juice bars, they didn’t add ice. As most people think it tastes better with ice. It’s easier for your body to absorb all the nutrients and enzymes of the juice when it is room temp. The service was fast and the end product was delicious. Big kudos to Robeks for delivering a healthy fresh juice. I will be back!

Desperate for something semi healthy for breakfast I stopped here. It’s in the same parking lot as Starbucks. Clean place. Ok priced, but not somewhere I’d go every day. I was looking for something hardy. Thus I didn’t get a smoothie or juice. I got the Aloha bowl. It was less calories than some others and had granola and mango. It doesn’t really fill you up, but it was tasty. I think I’ll get something else next time. I like they have the calorie count so you know what to choose as you are there for a healthy snack. It was refreshing and perfect for summer.

Ok, the Aloha bowl was good. A bit sloppy, but good none the less. The prices are crazy! AND The counter girl was not polite. She was counting the tip jar and I slipped a $ 1 bill in and she grabbed it, rolled her eyes, and started over counting. Wish I cd have taken it back. The bowl was good and the selection of Vegan cookies is good. So if you have plenty of $$$ and don’t mind rude service, it’s fine.

This place is better than Jamba juice, their Acai Energizer is so yummy and is great after a good work out. The acai bowl is delicious especially in the morning for breakfast. Very clean place parking sucks during lunch time, but other than at this place is very clean and has seats outside so you can enjoy your drinks or eat your acai bowls.

The 500 Lb. Gorilla was incredible! Love this place, always fresh and a great way to start or finish the day. I asked them to add a tid bit of chocolate to the drink and it sent it over the top. Fantastic juices, I highly recommend this place to anyone. Staff was friendly too.

Usually a good place, juice and food is always good. I gave less stars simply because when i paid he didn’t give me my change and just walked off! I’m not trying stereotype, but there seemed to be a bit of language barrier.. So I didn’t pursue it any further.

I love this place. The reason for 4 stars, it’s kind of hidden back behind some buildings which made it hard to locate. It’s far more expensive than I’d like but that’s what you get for fresh and organic, I can go to chipotle and get a full meal for the price of the smoothie. The smoothies are 50⁄50. I’ve tried a couple I wasn’t a huge fan of but I have also found a couple that I personally go back for all the time for that specific one(the tropi-kale is my favorite). The service is good and very nice.

It was a sad sad day for me the time I decided to give this place a try. Recently I have had an obsession with açaí bowls. I decided to give this place a try. I walked in and a nice man was working the register. I asked for my usual, acai bowl. I believe I paid 6 plus. I was thinking that since this price is comparable to many other places I’ve visited in the past, so would the bowl, I was wrong. What I received was not disappointing so much for the flavor as for the size and portion. I got one measly scoop of acai with not so fresh banana and some granola. Wait. That’s it? No strawberries? No more açaí? Nope… That was it. Place was clean, cashier was friendly but judging by how much you actually get for what you pay, I would not come back to any Robeks.

The smoothie I purchased from here, the Strawberry and Date made with Almond milk, was good. It had some nice flavors going on, and I really enjoyed the bits and pieces of dates in the smoothie, but for some reason it got watery quicker than it should of and it was not a warm day. Service at the counter too was a little rushed and quick. I do not mind speedy service, but I felt like they just wanted to in and out with little small talk. I guess what I am saying, they could be a little more friendlier. Perhaps a little more ice in that smoothie to keep it thick?

Jamba juice has better prices and consistently better service, but unfortunately there is none in the area. I had a lot of problems over the summer with the service. If you’ve ever been to Jamba, you’re used to their trademark«Welcome to Jamba» shouted by all employees whether they see you or not. At Robeks, on the other hand, there doesn’t seem to be any national standard for service. In fact, the only consistency I’ve seen between stores is a total lack of consistency. For example, last summer I had trouble getting someone to serve me. I would walk in and be generally ignored. When my order was taken, the cashier would mumble incoherently at me. This winter, however, the staff seems to have been changed out and is much friendlier, faster, and more helpful. Hopefully I’ll be able to come back in the future and revise the score. As for other complaints, I have to agree that their prices seem to be a little out of line with, well, Jamba. The one plus I seem to notice is that it appears they have more variety than a jamba juice. Maybe I just go too much, but it seems like all the drinks on the Jamba menu taste the same.

It’s been awhile since my last visit here. I noticed the change in either the cup sizes or the prices, maybe both. Prices definitely went up. I know it was a very hot day when I went. I was expecting to get a cold and refreshing smoothie. I usually get the same smoothie. Sometimes no change is okay too, especially if it’s your favorite flavor. I ordered the Passionfruit Cove. I didn’t expect it to be so watered down. I know the heat couldn’t have melted the smoothie that much from leaving the shop to my car. I drank it like water and didn’t even get a brain freeze. So disappointed! Lol. I used to frequent the other location near the UTC area years ago to where I even purchased a refillable cup. Those days are long gone, I suppose.

$ 7 for a medium Evergreen juice(around 16 ounces) is pricey considering my drink had over an inch of foam and I watched them juice mostly celery to increase the volume. They only juiced one leaf of kale and only half a cucumber. Only come here if you don’t mind spending a pretty penny on smoothies or juices.
