My main reason for picking Troy was because of his faith and biblical beliefs. A counselor that would offer up biblically based counseling and pray for us was of the utmost importance. At first I was wary about seeing a counselor with less years of marriage than myself, but remembering his primary roll as a counselor and training I decided to give him a shot, and boy am I glad we did. Our family was going through an extremely difficult time and Troy listened, offered up solutions and is helping us pick up the pieces and put things back together while giving tools to make sure we don’t fall back into old habits. We’ve had counseling in the past to no avail… I highly recommend Troy regardless of your beliefs, he’s been an absolute blessing to us and a key to bringing things back together. We found him through military one source.

It’s so hard to find a therapist who specializes in marriage counseling AND who firmly believes in and practices Biblical principles. I think Troy would be a great counselor for anyone (regardless of faith or practice) with relationship struggles… he really listens, he finds the positive in difficult circumstances, and he works to help you establish and fulfill your relationship goals… but I am particularly grateful to have a counselor who can speak to us from a Christian perspective, who prays for us, and who can guide us in seeking the Lord’s will for our home and family. He has a gentle but honest manner. He was quite considerate of us in determining rates. And he works around our busy schedule. I highly recommend him!
