Don’t use this unreliable company to create your website! Jerry Roxas who is the owner of this company will promise you anything just to get the job, but once they have your money, you might as well kiss it good-​bye because it’s nothing but empty promises. We are a non-​profit organization which was looking for a web designer to do a complete makeover of our current site using our current budget. After several emails, it was agreed that RowHouse would create a new website for $ 400. Well, that never happened. It’s been two months of many, many unanswered emails, and phone calls. There’s absolutely no customer service at all. They basically stole $ 400 from a non-​profit organization. How sad is that? I’ve asked for a refund, and I get no response.
Again, don’t use RowHouse do to your web design. There are many others out there who are probably more honest and trustworthy than what Jerry did to us.
