Salon Eros North Park

I went to Michael after he did a fantastic job on my wife’s crazy, curly hair.
I’ve been back 4 times since — he consistent, and understands how to work with my stupid, thin flat hair. Besides being an awesome stylist, he’s friendly and nice.

I’m gonna add to the 5 star reviews! Salon Eros is right around the corner from my house, and I like to support local. I have been going to the same stylist for over 10 years, but was too lazy to drive to La Mesa this time. I have never colored my hair in my life but, alas, time has seemed to caught up to be a bit. My blonde hair was getting white, and a bit old looking. I went in for a consult with Michelle. She listened, and didn’t get even a LITTLE impatient with what must have sounded like overwhelming doubt at her skills. Not directed towards her, personally, just anyone new touching my hair. Well, I have not been so pleased with my hair since my 20’s. It is the color it was then, looks completely natural, and she did SOMETHING with the cut that made it «bouncin’ and behavin’ «.
They use Neuma products, which I am also in love with. Cannot stop touching my hair.
I have found a new hairdresser, thanks Michelle! Love that I can walk there, too. Two weeks later, and it still looks as good as the day I left. Correction. There is no way I can style it as good as she did, but other than that…

I live in north park and was looking for a new hairdresser and walked in and met Michael (owner) and booked an appt several months ago and I’m a very pleased customer ! Great space and energy and consistently great haircuts with no big salon attitude. Oh and fantastic organic hair care products — my hair has never been in such great shape and soft. Salon eros is a fantastic, professional Salon. The décor is euro boutique, with a quaint, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
All of the Stylists are experienced and very friendly.
I highly recommend checking it out.

I just got my haircut with Nicole at Salon Eros North Park. She is great. I showed her a few pictures of the style I wanted and she nailed it. I usually get my hair cut done with Michael, who’s also amazing. Can’t go wrong with Salon Eros. My Fiancé started getting her hair done here recently as well. I strongly recommend them.

Great, cute and nicely designed salon with a relaxed atmosphere. I have been to Michael four or more times, and have always received a great cut. I did a trade with another salon for professional services and got a few haircuts in trade… as a result my hair really needed help– so I returned to Michael.
He is a great listener– and really wants to give you the cut you are after. I highly recommend Salon Eros. you won’t be disappointed !

Love this place. I moved to North Park 1.5 years ago and this place just happened to be in the neighborhood. Being a person who likes to «go Local» whenever possible I gave it a try.
Loved it. Excellent attention to what I am saying, what my needs are, how i want to present myself, my look etc. and my talent (or lack there of) in styling my hair.
Marchell has always nailed it :) Love this place. And I’ll bet you will too.
Jen is also a stylist there. I have watched her from Marchell’s chair and she seems to have the rock-​star hair stylist dna as well as Marchell.
Michael, the owner is always friendly and ready to help.
I just can’t say enough good things about the people who work there, the vibe in the place, and the great cuts and color I’ve always gotten.

I’ve been following a stylist named Jen who is now at this salon! I just got another cut today! She is great with my NATURALLY CURLY HAIR! This is pretty awesome and worth Unilocaling about. Go to her to get good looking curly hair. (I am sure she is great at other stuff too but I wouldn’t personally know.)

Salon Eros is in a fantastic little neighborhood in North Park and the vibe of the salon is very relaxed and friendly. Everyone seems happy and creative and inspired. All of the stylists are super talented. Jen, who used to cut my hair at Jet Rhys, gives an amazing haircut! I have a bob and Jen nails it each and every time. I always get compliments on my hair — even weeks and weeks after she last cut it. Bottom line, this salon is great and the stylists are top-​notch. Highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a fresh look, a killer style and a great salon experience.

I discovered Salon Eros after searching for my previous stylist, Marchelle, and when I found her here I was beyond excited! I cannot say enough great things about Marchelle, I know that my hair and my bangs are in awesomely talented hands when she’s doing the cutting. The salon’s atmosphere is open, cute, and inviting. It’s a great change from other salons that feel like too much is happening. Salon Eros has a fun neighborhood vibe that makes the overall salon experience way more personal. I will definitely be going back!

Very darn impressive! Michael is truly a delightful person AND knows his stuff … styling is the word, not just a cut! And yes right in my little thriving neighborhood which makes it even more convenient!

Best haircut and blow dry ever! As good as I got a Revlon and Elizabeth Arden in NYC, seriously. Michael DiGioia is the owner, operator. Very nice guy. Takes his time. Never cuts off too much!

Look, I’m pretty cheap, and I hate spending enormous amounts of money at hair salons. But my boxed-​color ‘do was looking pretty bad. I went to Salon Eros and Travis colored and cut my hair. My only request is that he not cut off more than 3″, and the rest was up to him. He expertly colored my hair with highlights and gave me a fabulous cut! Wow, I loved it. I hardly ever LOVE my hair. Travis is very young but so professional. The coloring he used smelled very green like grass, and you know what? It’s been 4 weeks and my hair still looks great, the color is still fresh, and even today I got a compliment on it, so I had to write a review. I guess I need to keep this up, it’s worth it to me, I would have touched my hair up at least once maybe twice with the box and will still look bad! :(
I have never been so happy with my hair!!!
