LITERALLY The!!! WORST!!! MMJ doctor you can go to in SD. The legality of it is shady sketchy and half ass (skype diagnosis isn’t legit FYI). Her staff is lazy unorganized and rude af. I have been working in this industry for the last 3 years and any and ALL interactions I or any other member of my staff has had with her and her staff have been horrible and nasty. Not only do her recommendations never verify online (because it takes her staff like 2 weeks to even update them into the database) I would say about 20% of the time one of her SEVEN phone lines is actually picked up and even then it’s either a rude as hell employee who acts like it’s your fault their job is answering phones or Irina herself sounding like she just awoke from a heroin binge induced nap. They’ve gotten mad about not having info (PS. every single staff member is going to tell you you need diff amounts/​type of info to verify WTF is this.) half the time there is no hi and pretty much never a goodbye to any of these conversations. Even when her staff comes to collectives and storefronts as patients their recommendations DON’T EVEN VERIFY IN THE ONLINE DATABASE half the time and then you have to deal with the fact that they act better and talk down to the bud tenders like they’re some sort of VIP insider. GTFO yourselves. P. S. YOU PAY FOR RATINGS TROPHIES CUPS WEEDMAPS LISTINGS ETC. IN THIS INDUSTRY PEOPLE it literally has nothing to do with your business!!!

The staff was so helpful. I have a hard time with forms and she was so patient with me. Made the process so much easier. I am a return patient several times. And I definitely recommend Dr. G.
