San Diego Roofing Solutions

I called San Diego Roofing Solutions for a leak in my ceiling during the last heavy rains. James helped me over the phone, came out the next day to evaluate the problem, gave me a great quote and said he would be back when my deck had dried enough for repairs. I was thrilled that things were moving so quickly. He came back to do the repair of sealing around my sliding door and deck upstairs. After applying the sealant, he determined it was still too wet and he would return the following week. He has not returned. When I contacted him he stated he was ill and would be out when he was feeling better. He has not returned. I contacted him and he gave me a time he would be out, then did not show up. This pattern continued for several days. He never called me to let me know he was not going to make it. My upstairs sliding door is now sealed shut. Hopefully the new roofing company I have contacted will be able to fix everything.

James Ramirez did an outstanding job replacing my entire roof on my two story house, all the flashing, and installation of two new turbines. He and his crew went out of their way to do a professional job and to make sure I was happy with the work. I would highly recommend this roofer. Rick D, San Diego.
