I had scheduled a service a month in advance. A few days before the scheduled service I tried to contact this company to confirm we were good to go. All my calls went unanswered. I even called on the day of the scheduled service to confirm and could not get through to anyone. They no-showed and I never got a phone call back to explain what happened. Luckily I still found a company that could come through on short notice. Please be aware that this company is unreliable!
