Is it weird to review a dentist? And give a five star rating? Maybe. Whatever… I’m doing it! I love coming here! Yeah… My dentist. She’s awesome as is everyone in the office. They’re always on time and super friendly and give great tips. I’m always in and out quickly and Dr. Chase always takes good care of my teeth. I went to another dentist’s office where it was more of a financial transaction than a medical checkup and they wouldn’t even do a basic tooth cleaning because I needed something more serious. I got a couple other opinions, including that of Dr. Chase, and the other dentist was scamming me. If you’re looking for an awesome dentist that you actually look forward to seeing try Dr. chase!

I haven’t had too many issues with my teeth (knock on wood) but I have visited Dr. Chase for regular dental checkups since 2011 and adult braces in 2012 – 13. She and the rest of the staff are so friendly and sweet! I ask a lot of questions and Dr. Chase and the receptionists always give me patient and informative answers. Having braces in my 30’s kinda sucked but my teeth look fabulous now! The ONLY downside to this office is that it is sometimes difficult to change an appointment because they are so busy. I totally recommend Dr. Chase’s office.

I’m giving 3 stars because of a couple reasons — first, the technician was pretty much gaging me with the x-​ray contraption. Now it had been a couple years since I had been to a dentist but even a whole 2 years ago they have smaller bite-​plates for x-​rays that don’t trigger your gag reflex over and over. And maybe it was because she was foreign, but she was a little pushy about it. Sorry I don’t want to puke all over you, lady.
Second, all I received was x-​rays and an exam. That’s it? I could have sworn that twice a month you get a cleaning first, then the rest. Maybe since I was a new patient the exam came first but I was definitely irked I needed to book an hour and 45 minute appointment 3 weeks out for my cleaning, and oh, yeah, I have 3 cavities. So basically, I have to suffer my cleaning (yes I hate that scarping, ugh! It makes me want to scream.) and then get 3 cavities filled, all in one sitting! Granted I only have a month left of benefits so I need to fit it all in, but Dr. Chase is one busy lady. It was very hard to find a time to do all of this.
But the reason I’ll be going back is Dr. Chase herself. She was very kind and educational, taking her time to explain everything she noticed about my less-​than-​perfect teeth. So I reccommend them, just be sure to ask to get your cleaning done in advance, don’t assume it’ll be on the itinerary.

I am super picky about my dentist. I researched dentist in my area for hours before I narrowed it down to two Dr’s. I finally kept my apt with Dr Chase because the receptionist took the time to walk me though my dental insurance coverage and how much I could expect to spend. I’m really glad I did. The office staff is very nice. Dr Chase doesn’t push extra work on your and always let’s you know what she is doing and why she is doing it. I was previously told that I had several cavities; Dr Chase narrowed down the REAL problem and gave me a plan for good dental health. Thank you Dr. Chase and your assistants are incredibly nice!

Nice dentist and friendly staff but don’t think it’s worth the +$ 250 new patient bill.

Having been with Dr. Chase for, uh, more than a decade, I can safely say I absolutely love my dentist — and who can say that of their dentist? The staff is super friendly, always remembers your name, and Dr. Chase is genuinely friendly, caring, and gentle. In a sense, it’s very much a family atmosphere. Dr. Chase discusses issues openly and honestly with clients, so you always feel well taken care of. There is never any pressure! Apart from the usual cleanings and dental work, I also had braces done with Dr. Chase a few years ago and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. The office layout, colors, and décor are appealing, calm, and the environment instills confidence. Parking is on the street, but i have never had problems finding free parking and walk a few yards. I am actually looking forward to my appointments and always have a good time — I never thought this was possible with a dentist. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I’ve had two courses of braces (as an adult), and found Dr. Chase toward the end of my second try. I only wish I had found her sooner.
Dr. Chase is a excellent dentist in every way. She is thorough, patient, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She does a good deal of work herself (not just turning you over to a trainee).
I’ve had another dentist for many years, but switched to Dr. Chase when I moved. I’ve never had a bad — or even close to bad — experience. I’ve had routine work, bleaching, veneers — you name it. Always perfect.
I’m self-​employed and pay for all my own dental work. Dr. Chase’s prices are reasonable, and you never feel pressured. If you’re looking for a new dentist, or want to change, you will be very happy w/​her.

I was searching for a dentist that could do braces. I shopped around a few places and a lot of them said that I only had 1 option (surgery…a bit extreme for me). I went to see Dr. Chase and she gave me 3 options (top/​bottom braces, just the top, or surgery). She was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me because she said, we can try the braces but if that doesn’t work then surgery is the ultimate fix. Many other dentists didn’t even want to try and went to the most extreme and expensive option. I definitely value that she was willing to work with me.
Fast forward a few years later and my teeth are straight thanks to her. And I use her for all my normal preventive visits and any other work I may need.
The facility itself is decent. Parking is on the street in front of the office which can be hard to find during busy times or around the corner they have a back lot. Bit dated interior but nothing wrong with that. She decorates with movie posters which give you something interesting to stare at haha.
The office also has monthly drawings for free stuff at the front counter (I won tickets to the fair last year… score!). The front counter staff (Vicky and Stephanie) are nice and her assistant Cindy is really helpful as well. You can tell how much I like the place if I know everyone’s name there! hah… and I use MetLife insurance there if that helps.
She is super friendly and knowledgeable, takes the time to talk to you like a normal person and explain treatment options, with the occasional, you need to brush more reminder (don’t we all). Highly recommend!

It took me over 20 years to find me a good dentist. Can you believe that? My childhood dentist tainted my feelings about the dentist, so I totally dreaded going to one, and I didn’t think I would ever find one that I liked. But that’s all changed…
Dr. Chase is the best dentist ever!!! She is so nice and pleasant to work with… and she’s thorough! On my very first visit with her, I loved that she explained what she was doing and put off such a friendly vibe. About a year later, I had inquired about fixing two teeth that had started to shift (I had braces ages ago)… she went over my options and helped me to make the best decision (time and cost-​wise). I liked that she is not pushy and determined to get you to go for the most lengthy expensive route. I definitely get the feeling that she does honest business.
Since discovering her, my husband and brother now see her as well! And I’ll be taking my daughter there for her first ever dentist appointment soon (now that she has four teeth!)
I was bummed when a couple of years ago she stopped taking our insurance (we have United). But since we are PPO, we are willing to go out of network for her. It’s a small practice with just her and the dental assistants. I’ve never had a hard time with parking, even though its always on the street. Always nice to walk home with my «goodie» bag after a cleaning… See you in 6 months!
