SERVPRO of Point Loma

My insurance company recommended ServePro when my washing machine leaked in my town home. The rep that came to inspect the moisture in the walls, floor and ceiling was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When I asked him about the scope of the job he was very straight forward and told me it was a fairly small water event and showed me exactly where the water was located. When I asked if it was a job I could handle myself, he was very helpful in explaining the type of equipment I would need to rent and how to open up the floor and ceiling to access the moisture. I rented the equipment he recommended, pulled up the flooring, cut a hole in the ceiling and two days later we are bone dry once again. I’m really glad ServePro didn’t try to scare me into having them do the job. I hope I never need them again but if I ever do, they are my go to guys for flood repair.
