Found Servpro on Unilocal due due to my washing machine flooding the carpet and floors in my apartment. It was a huge mess Servpro Scripps Ranch came to the rescue. They were fast efficient and very knowledgable. This was a pretty big job but they made it look easy, staff was very friendly and helpful and really understood what the task at hand was and they handled it like the pros that they are.
I will always recommend them.
They took the time to follow up after the job was done, and also recommend what I could do to prevent this from happening again.

I have to write this review because of how impressed I am with Servpro of Scripps Ranch service! They were professional and responded quickly to my request to check out the flood damage from a pipe breaking outside the house which resulted the water entering and filling our rental property basement. Their communication was clear and informative, they arrived on time and quickly responded to our requests of needing an estimate to have our basement dried out and assessed for water damage. They were also able to accommodate our tenants very busy work schedules so the clean up job could be taken care of quickly and at a time suited for all. GREAT company!

Recently had a flood at my Dry Cleaners in Mira Mesa. I made a call to SERVPRO and in a team was on-​site in no-​time. Their team was not only considerate of me, but also of my business, and worked their tails off to get my store back to where I needed it to be when I needed it to be there. Great service, great attention to detail, highly recommend.

Servpro of Scripps/​Mira Mesa/​Rancho Penesquitos/​La Jolla is awesome! My toilet hose busted and I had major water damage that went from my second floor to the first. Andrew and his team took care of me when I needed help and made the process easy and comfortable from start to finish. They really helped out during a bad situation. Highly recommended.

Servpro of Rancho Penasquitos, Mira Mesa and Scripps really wowed me with their customer service from the moment they walked in our door of our vacation home in San Diego. My daughter left the faucet on in bathroom and caused some water damage. The technicians, Darrell and Matthew thoroughly explained what they were doing while they were doing it, and really made it look like it never happened! I would recommend them to everyone because of their customer service. Great job guys keep up the great work.
