She will always go the extra mile for her clients. Very responsive. she was on top of every aspect of selling my home from getting the house ready to sell and placing on the market all the way. She sold my house with the highest value in my neighborhood.

We recently bought a condo and we couldn’t have done it without Shermineh. We tried many real estate agents but she was honestly the best. She was so patient and kind through the whole process and had a great attitude. Her and her team were always available for us no matter what. My Parents have been searching for a home for quite a long time.
Since their main residence is in Germany, it wasn’t easy for them to find the dream (vacation) home they were looking for within the short amount of time they were spending in San Diego during the year.

Shermineh was introduced to me by a friend that had used her services purchasing a home and was extremely happy with the whole process.
