Here’s the thing. I really can’t say anything about their services because I didn’t leave my laptop there. Reason being, they wanted $ 20 to look at it, even though their ad mentions FREEDIAGNOSTICS. Sorry, but there are other places where free is really free.

Here’s my honest review of this place.(Summary in last paragraph) I had an issue with my screen, there were lines going across it, up and down, side to side, it was a pixelated mess and on top of that my computer wouldn’t boot all the way to the desktop it would stay stuck on a black screen. So i checked the pc my self and realized it wasn’t my screen and it wasn’t the screen cord, it was obviously something that i couldn’t fix right away. So i took it to these guys, they did their diagnostic, found out it wasn’t the screen but chipset found on the mother board. They said they would have to order the part, they order the part before new years and a few days later i called them(because they would never call me to notify me of any situation) and found out that the part they order wasn’t in stock. So it was about a weeks time of waiting and my pc, still wasn’t working. I was fustrated to hear the news because i needed to have my laptop as soon as possible and i told these guys the same thing to begin with. They offered me options they said they would try to find the part some where else but it was really hard to find the part(the motherboard) that i needed. They said i might have to order it directly from Dell but it would be much pricier. So i took initiative and searched for the part i needed after i called them and asked for the part number and model of the computer. It took me about 20 mins to find the part i needed online, i emailed the retailer and double tapped on the compatibility, he reassured me that it was compatible for my pc and in about 5 days i’d recieve it. So at the end of 5 days wait, its a little over a week and a half and run the part over to the shop, they told me they’d have it done that same day and that they would call me when they were done… Never recieved a call and they did not have it done. The next day I had to call them because they were not dependable. I asked if i could be compensated for basically doing half the work(searching for the part). He said no we can’t because that charge is for labor. So i tried to explain to him why i thought i should be compensated somehow, and he responed with«You decided to continue with the process» as if I was the stupid one for leaving my computer in their hands.(Great way to talk to customers by the way, SIKE) This experience was just one huge inconvenience. They knew from the start that i needed my laptop to be fixed asap, instead they took their time, and whine and complained to me about not being able to find the computer part online, then made me make the move to buy it, made me wait an extra day, and didn’t make any effort to keep communication throughout the whole situation and didn’t offer any compensation or discount for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I just turned on my laptop and its making more noise then it ever did. They didn’t even clean it properly, there are pieces of doublesided stick tape on the inside of my screen, which i now have to take apart and clean… Im freakin pissed… In the end they fixed the pc, but it isnt running the same way it used to… :/

They were quick and professional. Best priced repair and tune up I’ve seen around town, I’d recommend to anyone.
