You get two stars for your cheese and butter only. The guy that works for you at the carlsbad and vista farmers market is rude. He’s rude to my kids and rude to me. Farmers markets are full of families. My family has just as much right to taste your cheese as any other. I bought from you for the last time. Tastes that are less than 1⁄8 a tsp are difficult to judge taste and texture. I’ve even offered to buy a few blocks and give it back to you for free so you could be less stingy with the cheese. The rude guy is bad for customer service.

Ah-maz-ing Cheese! As I was getting some goodies at the Calabasas Farmers Market, I happened upon this new booth.(It actually was their first time there!) — and it’s a great addition! I love supporting small businesses and especially something organic and local(and when it comes to food — it usually just tastes a whole lot better), but this place certainly makes it easy for anyone to do because their product is just so good! The cheese here is amazing! So bold in flavor and just great! The person running the booth allowed me to try a lot of the different cheeses! Yum! and they’re all great! For today, I decided on the Firehouse Curd Cheese… which is so heavenly. It’s quite spicy(has a lot of kick) and has bold flavors. I like that all their cheese is organic and that I can see the pictures of their cows on their Facebook page… so I can dreamily think… this is the cow that«made» my cheese! Also, I’m a big fan of their curd-style cheese. Yes, it is one continuous block of cheese(the curds have kind of melted into each other to form a free-form block) but it’s so soft and moist, which is amazing. So tasty!(as I’m gobbling up some with my bread and coffee as I write this review) The garlic curd cheese was also really tasty but the firehouse one will burn your mouth, but then soothe it with the cheese-y, creamy goodness! They also have organic butter(which I will have to try next time) as well as a variety of other cheeses. I like that they have a lot of interesting cow’s milk cheeses(since I’m not keen on goat!). I will definitely be back to try them all! Also, they take both cash & credit! Yay!(especially for those days when I forget to run down to the bank before the FM)

i bought cheese curds from the north park farmers market. buyers understand,*-this is not cheese curds! i’m from wisconsin and this is one block of cheese. no curds, none! when it does says curds on the packaging!?. if you know what«real» cheese curds are then stay away from this block by spring hill cheese. if you’re not sure then yeah, stick with this block of cheese. i’ve lived in las vegas and bought cheese curds and got«cheese curds» i’m not sure why but this block of cheese needs to be cut up by you!!(it’s a block of cheese no curds what so ever) never seen anything like this in reg. to cheese curds… but understand. these are not cheese curds(this is a block of cheese)… –disappointed, mislead-jeffrey(loves real cheese curds) **please dont let these spring hill curds ruin you cheese curd experience**

We found this at our local farmers market and we love it!!! We put some of the garlic curds on salad(spinach and strawberry) and it’s just awesome!

The butter was incredible. It is unlike any butter you have ever tasted and it is soooo delicious. We were visiting from out of state, and taking some fresh sourdough bread(also bought at the farmers’ market) to the beach and followed the recommendation to purchase the garlic quark to go with it. It was perfect! The garlic was present but not overwhelming. the cheese was creamy and smooth. Excellent dairy products. My only question: do you have ice cream?

Happened upon this cheese at the Palm Springs Farmers Market, OMG! I hope to discover an LA area market were they sell their cheese. My current favorite is the White Goat Cheddar. So tasty, and a little goes a long way. I add about 1 ounce to my morning salmon scramble, absolutely delicious!

Looks like the link to web site isn’t working. I wonder if cheese consumption has been reduced or web isn’t considered organic?

All Organic Local Cheeses, only find them at the Farmers Markets. I’ve been buying Spring Hill Cheese for over a year now. They’re quark(Vanilla & Lemon are my fav’s) is amazing and I have to pre order it now just to make sure it’s not gone before I arrive. Spring Hill Cheese has no store, they travel the farmers market scene and are in almost every one in San Diego now. My Favorites: Raw Garlic Cheese Curds Goat Dry Jack Goat White Cheddar Salted Organic Butter
