Who says that all Starbucks are the same? This one has great service and phenomenal personnel. They care, they remember what you drink, and no matter how long the line is, always on a good mood and accurate with the consistency of the product.

I stopped by this Starbucks on a North County rendezvous. I had some time to kill so I came to get some work done via their free Wi-Fi and ordered up one of their famous Snowman cookies and a Grande Cold Brew. I asked them to add a touch of cinnamon and they happily obliged.
The cold brew was terrific as usual with a smooth robust flavor with hints of chocolate. I have to admit, I have not had a bad snowman short bread cookie from Starbucks and I take them down every winter season they come out. They always have that great buttery moist slightly texture and light vanilla flavor. Always a great treat to eat with whatever drink I happen to get.
Service was much friendly at the register were you order, but at the counter where you pick up your drink, not as much. The store was well organized and clean for the most part and has a lot of inside space.

There is not too much to say about Starbucks. It is pretty much the same everywhere. However at this particular location they mess up our order almost every single time and we are very clear about what we want. A hot chai tea latte with soy milk. Doesn’t seem too complicated. Somehow they are not very focused ever and after they messed it up ask us if we want them to do it again. Why even ask and act like we create unnecessary work for them? Don’t make your problem mine and just redo the tea. However, it is a really chill place with a good crowd and many people working on laptops obviously. It is a good place to have a coffee in PB or grab a cub on the way to work using their drive through, which is pretty cool for a coffee place.

I appreciate the quickness of this location. But a few little things drive me crazy about this location. They never put names on the cups. So when everyone is waiting were all scrambling trying to figure out whose is whose. Strangers are opening my lids with their fingers. I don’t understand how every Starbucks in the world writes a name on the cup except this one.
Wasting!!! This Starbucks is wasteful. One day they messed my drink up THREE times. THREE!!! I asked if I could please have the others that were messed up. That I could find someone in my building no problem to give them to and it would make someone’s day. She said «NOPE» and tossed them into the trash.
Wasteful!!! Policy or not it’s an awful policy. I turned around and left without my drink. Every location I have ever been too has given me a messed up drink.

I have been going there for three years I find a big employee turnover but for the most part they are all very nice, always clean. As for the manager Steph it has taken awhile to get to know her but once you do she’s very nice. It is also very nice that when I walk in I’m greeted by my name, but usually everybody is greeted welcome to Starbucks, and even though there’s usually a line they seem to be faster than others, I will continue to visit this store.

This place has the worst customer service. They close relatively early (7:30) and by 6:15 they tell me they have turned off their ovens and can’t warm their sandwiches. By 7:05 the chairs are up on the tables, the floors are slippery wet from mopping and the toilets are closed for cleaning. And they can’t make anything but warm drinks because their blenders are being washed!!! Unbelievable. Lots of high school kids working there wearing their dirty high school sweatshirts as they serve you. Single handedly the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. So frustrating that it is the closest one to my house. Seriously thinking of writing a complaint to corporate.

I know I know. I’m giving a massive chain a five star review. This Starbucks is awesome though and they deserve it. I come here often; probably at least two or three times a week. While there is usually a line, this is the fastest Starbucks I have ever been to. Somehow I can be three behind in line but they get me my iced coffee before another location can get me one even if I’m the only person in line. And believe me, there are somedays that getting me my iced coffee fix 30 seconds sooner really matters.

I stop by this Starbucks because it’s convienent whenever I’m in the area. The drinks are consist but the employees attitudes here are not. I mostly come in during the afternoon and the baristas tend to scowl rather than smile. Occasionally one will say «Thank you» or «Have a Great day», customary interactions with customers that happen quite naturally at many other Starbucks locations, yet here feel awkward and like a chore instead of part of the job. Just my experience and observation.

Understaffed. Poor service. Purchased coffee to be ground which they sold me but then reported they would not grind it until line was empty. 15 minutes later still a line and no ground coffee. Cashier Kelly clueless. Told me that I could go to another Starbucks to have it ground.

I like this Starbucks location better than most as it is rarely crowded when I go and there is ample seating, nice outdoor area as well with a fountain. It’s close to my current favorite work out spots– Orange theory fitness, Rush spin studio so location work for me.
Always greeted nicely by the staff, never a long wait.

I don’t usually write reviews for the Starbucks locations I go to since they’re about the same all around, but I received exceptional service and my drink came out quickly, especially considering the amount of people in the store when I got there. Very spacious, plenty of seating and lots of outlets.

Great spacious location. Line was short when I went in, service was especially fast, and lots of seating available. Place looks like it could handle large crowds with the amount of empty space for a line they have!
Private parking lot with plenty of spaces and a nice seating area outside between all the restaurants. Nearby a Daphnes, BBQ Republic and Vons.

I love Starbucks and go to my local places almost daily. Today I’m at this CV SB and first go in to use the restroom. Whoa! Not doing that! What an ugly mess! Paper towel pieces everywhere and somebody missed (in the women’s room?). Looked like it hadn’t been serviced in awhile — but I guess it could’ve been one woman with BAD hygiene skills! Ordered my coffee, didn’t get eye contact or a hi like I’m used to but that’s ok. Then on to the cream/sugar station. Whoa again! Seriously gross. Now I’m looking around. I see the 3 baristas chatting, no customers in line. Very odd for the Starbucks experience. 2:30 Sun ⁵⁄₁₆.
Still like the coffee but will avoid this one.

This was the best experience ever! Maybe it’s because it’s brand spanking new. It’s something different for a change. The line was expected to be long. But, it’s TOTALLY worth it! And because CCA (Canyon Crest Academy) is literally across the street, profit will go sky high during High School lunch hours.

This is a top notch Starbucks. Great location in a Ralphs shopping center.
Service and drinks are great, the employees are friendly and best of all: One is able to enjoy a warm or iced drink outside while still receiving wi fi!
This is a great little Starbucks tucked away in a residential area near the Sorrento Valley corridor.

This is what you need for a delicious and super healthy lunch — Zesty Chicken & Black Bean Salad Bowl
Such a decent portion bowl of yummy salad is only 300 calories, lots of protein from the quinoa and white chicken meat, and fiber from the veggies. Perfectly filling for a small eater like myself. Try to get the salad a little earlier of the day, they always run out after lunch hours. Their salad is always fresh, they usually keep it on shelve for a day or at most two only.
By the way this strip mall doesn’t have any decent restaurants. If you are here already, might as well get a salad from this Starbucks if you are hungry.

I can only say one thing… PSLs are back.

Left late from home than usual and all I have to say is that I needed some caffeine, I was entering zombie territory.
Now lo and behold, I am not one to go to Starbucks… AT ALL. This one offers pizzazz and urgency. Hubbs and I were in line and it was just rockin’ and rolling. I ordered the PSL another words the Pumpkin Spice Latte. If you are traveling on 56 W/E and you need a Starbucks go to the Carmel Mountain one. You get your drink served fast and good. I wish this establishment was by me… just maybe than would I become a real fan. MY PSL was made great… not too sweet. Thank you dude who made it… I didn’t catch his name black hair, short, and very quiet/shy. But he made a mean PSL!!!

Thank you for adding to this mornings already smooth transition.
I was in the mood for my usual which includes a Tall Caffe Latte Skim Milk, plus 3 packets of honey. I add the cinnamon myself.
At 7 a.m. there were only 3 people ahead of me… plenty sitting at tables with their laptops working and socializing. It is such a pleasure to see people work effectively, yet friendly. I was at the counter in no time placing my order… and than hearing my name called out to pick up my Caffe… and off I go!
Thank you for the quick, friendly, and efficient service.
By the way, there is plenty of parking at this time of the morning.
