Overpriced stains lifted after 3 days the carpets still had cat smell and I paid extra for a deodorizer. I was even over charged &125 beyond what I was quoted.

Best carpet cleaning service I have ever hired! If these guys don’t get the junk out of your carpet it means you need new ones. Their rotary machine is magical. You will see the machine go thru and the clean streak of 5 – 6 shades lighter is left behind. I had to see it first hand to beleive it.

Nasser at Steam Genie arrived when he said he would, thoroughly cleaned the VERY dirty carpets and charged what he quoted me. He did an excellent job and the machine he uses is top notch. The five stars are well deserved!

As a Realtor, it’s crucial for me to have top level service providers for our clients. Nasser and his team at Steam Genie are my favorite carpet cleaners. They’re friendly, easy to schedule, prompt, and most importantly they do a great job. His machine is different from the other companies. — he can give you the details– but the bottom line is that it works miracles. I had a client with a rental property with 8 year old carpet. After the old tenant moved out, we thought we’d have to replace the carpet. I called Nasser and he removed the stains and brought it back to life. He charges a bit more than the other companies, but he proves the axiom: you get what you pay for: excellence!
