Really sad Karen doesn’t own Storm any more. The new owner, Christy, is horrible. We are done with Storm! They can’t even deliver flowers on time!

Storm did all of my flowers for my wedding weekend in Carlsbad at Levyland Estate! Rehearsal dinner, reception and easter brunch. They were stunning. I loved them. They exceeded my expectations! They did a delivery on Friday and the rest on Saturday. The arrangements for the tables, the bamboo structure for our ceremony, petals for the lawn and all of the flowers for the wedding party. All just perfect and beautiful! I would highly recommend Karen and the team at Storm International Florist to any bride.

I’ve been using this florist for a few years now and I love them. I order over the phone, each time, and if I give them a budget, they know exactly what to do… whether it’s personal or a work related gift. I always ask the people who received them how they looked(just in case) and they always love them. Karen is wonderful to work with, and it’s nice doing business with a local florist, not some 1−800/Proflowers/“just another number” business. Thanks!!!

I have ordered a variety of flower arrangements from Storm and have never been disappointed. The most beautiful Lei I ever bought was from Storm also. It was very unusual and special. A herringbone kind of weave with verigated pink and white Plumerias… breathtaking! They are very creative and can do very artistic type flower presentations. Storm is also very reliable and reasonably priced.

Storm has never let me down on impressing the reciever of their beautiful flowers! I would suggest if you really want to impress someone, send them an arrangement from their«Contemporary» section. Lots of unique arrangements that really WOW’s from the normal flower bouquet. I use them frequently and have never had a problem with them.

My co-workers back in Chicago sent my family and I a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Storm. Ultimately, they are one of the prettiest arrangements I have ever received, but it was such a pain to actually get them! They were ordered on a Friday and a delivery wasn’t attempted until the following Monday. When the delivery man discovered a security gate, they panicked and ended up bringing the flowers back to the shop(rather than calling the main office who would have let them in to deliver to my grandfather’s condo for which they had the number). I called them and let them know that we are in and out but that I knew we would be there for the next two hours, but they were unable to confirm whether or not a delivery driver would be back by then(which I totally understand, what I don’t understand is why they ended up being brought back in the first place). So, they actually suggested that we pick the flowers up! This I didn’t quite understand. My grandmother had just died and we were all over the city taking care of her business. After a couple of days of not being able to confirm a time for pick-up(because of course we had to call to give them sufficient notice to even do the arrangement which is annoying though I appreciate their desire to give us the freshest flowers possible), I called to give them an alternate delivery address. I just wish it would have been an easier transition, considering the occasion. The flowers were seriously gorgeous, however.

When my husband and I got married 7 years ago I was dumbfounded with the planning. And trying to save some money but still have a beautiful wedding. Storm was the answer for us. After talking with one of the owners(I can’t remember his name now) he helped me create a beautiful wedding. And the price? I don’t remember the exact dollars but it was very VERY reasonable.

This boutique’s name is utterly misleading as the only thing you see upon your entrance is antique furniture. As you slowly make your way inside this slightly redundant antique repository, you start distinguishing a few floral stems in the backroom. Then you find out that most of their business is done over the phone and the Internet as they specialize in special orders and composition arrangements; that’s when you think to yourself that a virtual visit would have been much more informative than a physical one!
