Subway

This was complete horseshit !!!
$ 8.25 for a footlong with 6 thinly sliced pieces of roast beef and 4 small pieces of cheese. the meat didn’t even cover the entire bread. it was so thin it just looked like bread with nothing in it. $ 1.50 extra for the delux if you expect to be able to taste meat.
F YOU SUBWAY ILL PAY THE EXTRA AND GO ACROSS THE STREET TO JERSEY MIKES FROM NOW ON. I will send a link to the photos of this disgusting excuse for a sandwich to corporate complaints to see if this piece of shit I paid for is up to Subway standards.

A Subway sandwich is a Subway sandwich, what makes this restaurant 5 star worthy are the people who work there. These guys are always so friendly & happy to see you. A very chipper hello when you walk in & if you come in with any kind of frequency, they remember your order. They care about your day & will engage in a real life conversation with you if you are interested. And one more thing I love about these guys, they up sell with out being annoying. So great. Love walking down here for lunch. :)

The guy from india that works (i forgot his name) here makes the BEST sandwhiches and customer service is always great

The last two times at this location Randy & Paul made my sandwiches. They are THE best team workers ever. Very efficient & fast, they certainly know their jobs. Paul is an artiste when putting my veggies into a bowl & doesn’t make me feel bad for my special request. Randy doesn’t mind special requests either. We are lucky to live 2 blocks away from them.

Once again the cashier did not give me my receipt for my purchase. This is the third time this has happened.

All Subways are not created equal; and when I find myself having a less than savory or better than average experience at a popular chain, I will take the time it takes to give a location its well-​deserved kudos or warn others on Unilocal.Subway, itself, generally would only receive maybe a 3 star review from me. I mean, let’s face it, it’s just okay. But Subway is reliable and not that bad for you; and we return because we are creatures and we know what to expect when we walk through the doors. The customer service of this particular Subway stood out to me. Although busy with the lunch crowd, the workers radiated warmth and friendliness. I order a bowl of corn chowder, which is actually pretty good; and because they didn’t have a full bowl left in the pot, the cashier (a black gentleman) automatically gave me 20% off without me complaining or having to ask. When I returned to work with my food, I noticed the bowl, although not entirely full, was full enough for them to get away with charging me full price. The fact that they did not try to get away with this what really made this Subway location stand out. Otherwise, everything was clean, fast, fresh and as expected.
… And not that anyone from Subway’s Corporate HQ is reading this, but while I’m hear, I wonder if Jared would’ve been able to afford the subway diet these days? Subs were $ 2.00 back then. Now they’re $ 4.50. Not the fault if this particular location though.

Whoever was working the cash register around 1 PM today was extremely rude. If you’re going to go here, you can get your usual sandwich but don’t expect the customer service to be great.

Update:
It was so good, I stopped updating and just ate my sub.
The employees were nice and made us feel welcomed, not like we were doing them a disservice and bothering them. They even OFFERED to warm up our cookies instead of us having to ask them =) always a plus. I love warmed up Subway cookies.
They offered us cups for water when we declined soda.

The lady name September took care of my needs and she was very fast and polite.

Sometimes I stop by for breakfast sandwich, Michael makes great sandwiches exactly how we want them.

Joey is a great sandwich guy! He knows all about customer service. We came before closing and he didnt mind. Very clean, food was great and fresh, and it was such friendly environment. Out of the many subways on this street, this is the one to go to.
