Subway

I went in asking for a cup of water and the manager refused to give me one because I wasn’t a customer but yet I go there at least 3 times a week. So I bought a cookie just for water and she still refuses to give me water. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Didn’t know you could refuse to give water out like that.

4÷16÷16 Just left this HORRIBLE place!
Walked in to two kids who were working this shift on Saturday around 4 o’clock, the place was litterly empty.
My BF and I proceed to the counter to choose our bread. The girl said she would help us when we we’re ready. I chose my bread and so did the bf. She then asked again «wait what kind off bread» we told her again. She then started playing around with the other employee who was mopping the floor while having our bread in her hands. Pushing and kicking (horsing around.)
At this point I’m getting a little irritated.
She turned and looked at us and said laughing «You are about to witness somone getting beat» WTF! By now all I want is my Efin! Sandwich made. She looks at us again and says «wait, who wants which one» in a really serious tone I told her who was getting what. She was to busy playing around to even remember what we had asked for. Next time stop playing and pay attention! I’m not here to get a free meal I’m paying money for my food and customer service.
We chose the meats and cheese and asked her to toast them. While our sandwiches were toasting we were looking at the veggies we were going to add to our sandwiches, the dude who was mopping and palying around with this chick came out and started spraying windex to the glass while we were standing there. No excuse me! would have been more appropriate if he would have just fucking waited till we were gone.
By now we are getting ready to walk out. The bf is pulling me away but I told him to just calm down and wait. Honestly we should have just walked out, these fucking people have no RESPECT or work ethic at all.
What is this SHIT! Who the hell is supervising these unprofessional kids! This is soo wrong who fucking hires these clowns!

Benito killed it. By far one of the best subway employees hands down I have ever ran into. The whole staff was super Freindly especially Brittany and no one was just wasting time they all kept busy from cleaning and stocking the food supply. Super fast and clean subway. Highly recommend

OMG!!! I’ve literally been waiting 30mins to get my sandwich made. They only have one person working??? Why is that??? Terrible Service!!! So disappointed because I love the chain just disappointed in this location.

Literally the world’s slowest subway. Every time. Only come if you have time to wait in line.

There’s nothing spectacular to rate 5 stars but definitely a solid 4. Friendly customer service, veggies always fresh and they really try to make the sandwiches clean and neat. I always ask them to cut in half and wrap separately and I never once see any bad vibes from them. Place has A.C. on high which is great, it’s clean and never too busy. To think of it, it’s the only Subway I go to nowadays.

I asked the gal to make my sandwich happy. She did. I wanted loads of veggies. I got it. Awesome service. One less star because I had to ask her 3times for more spinach. Oil j vinegar to go

This is the second time I have called in an order to this subway, two six inch sandwiches, showed up 25 minutes later and the SAME girl goes sorry we haven’t started yet. The point of doing that is being in a hurry. If you are going to offer a convenience service such as to go ordering then try and make it work effectively. Needless to say I will be going to the subway a couple miles away on College from now on. Much better service there, consistently. This one is sure to disappoint.

Right next to the gym, very clean, kinda small, and AC is always on full blast so its a plus if you’re hot and sweaty.
Sandwiches are typical subway quality but what do you expect from a chain restaurant? No paninis here obviously. You know what you’re in for.

Pretty awesome place. It’s brand new and right next to the gym which is a great way to bring profit. Wished it was open all day. It’s pretty fast. Didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes even with 9 people in front of me. Good customer service, sandwich was good and not messy. The AC is even better while you’re eating after the gym. Clean place! Love going here after the gym!
