What did I order? Frosted Latte frap & Oreo frap (I’ve tried these on two separate days)
Drink1: ²⁄₅ — Oreo frap: not really a fan of this kind of hard to distinguish the taste just tastes likes really poorly flavored ice.
Drink2: ⁴⁄₅ — Frosted Latte frap: Wow this one was really good, it’s a coffee frap so a little different than the oreo one which is more dessert style.
Drink3: ³⁄₅ — Caramel Latte frap: This one was alright also something I could see myself having again, I felt like it was way too sweet, but it is a Caramel Latte so I’m not sure what I expected. I also struggled to detect the Coffee in this one.
Food: ³⁄₅ — They gave me a free pastry, it wasn’t anything to write home about.
Objective: ⁴⁄₅ — Quick in and out place across from Burger Lounge, grab a quick Frap to cool down.
Presentation of food: ⁵⁄₅ — All of the fraps look really good! Maybe that’s why the Oreo one was a bit of a let down.

Host/​Hostess + Server & Other staff: Great customer service. I walked in and was waiting for a minute while she finished up a phone call, not that big of a deal, but I feel as if one shouldn’t be on the phone while working unless it’s an emergency.

Verdict: Pretty cool place to grab a quick iced drink. I recommend the Coffee fraps.

Exactly what it says on the tin — iced Frappucinos, and not much else. There were a number of options, and the ones my wife and I got were were pretty OK. The sizes are large, but the drinks themselves are over sugared.

Just started working in La Jolla village and Frapp House is so legit! Google gives incorrect hours – they open at 12 not 10! Marcos was really great, helped customize an amazing Frosted Latte frapp + add shot, topped with chocolate sprinkles & cinnamon… not crazy sweet, rich coffee flavor, made with love! I also got the hummus + Greek yogurt and for such a simple snack I am wowed by the fresh great favors! Will definitely be frequenting this joint!

Amazing coffee — I ordered the Frosted Latte with water — not too sweet and delicious. Definitely worth a stop — I just wish they had more locations!

Love this place! Sometimes I wish it wasn’t so close to my work so I wouldn’t be tempted to go as much.

I tried the popular frosted latte as the barista has said and also a peanut butter and jelly yogurt. I really enjoyed them a lot and i cant wait to come back and try more flavors

While my two friends and I were looking for someplace to beat the heat on Monday, we found this little gem while walking around La Jolla. One of my friends is a coffee addict, the other is a fan of sweets, and I’m a combination of both. So obviously, we were intrigued. As we were looking at the menu that was placed on a table outside, two of the workers came and talked to us. I never caught their names, but they were two young gentlemen.
So they gave us their recommendations and boy, were they amazing. I got the Extreme Toffee Coffee and my other two friends got the red velvet (with a shot of espresso) and the cookies and cream. They’re a whole lot better than Starbucks, but with the same price range.
The shop itself is also absolutely adorable and it’s a nice place to just sit and chat with friends. The workers are absolutely friendly and easy to talk to. I am definitely coming back here again!

Pros: Yummy! Great way to cool off.
Cons: A little bit pricey?
I wish you had a counter with sprinkles and things to add to Fraps.

Wow– we are locals and just finished a long walk. Stopped in here and ordered the mango smoothie and skinny moca frap.
Out of this world. I’ve never had a mango smoothie like the one from the Frap. Very original!!!

Came here with my girlfriend on a random sunny san diego day and let me tell you this place is quite a hole in the wall. It is a gem in the La Jolla area ! If you love frappuccino’s like me you will definitely love what they have to offer at the Frap house ! The staff there were so welcoming and gave suggestions on their favorites. My girlfriend and I ended up ordering the same thing: toffee nut coffee frap with an extra shot of espresso, espresso beans grounded in, toffee nut flakes along with whipped cream. MMMMM the best damn thing i’ve tasted in a while. Literally kicks ass compared to Starbucks or any other coffee chain. Huzzahhh to the Frap House ! If you want a cool refreshing drink from coming from the beach or a quick coffee fix this is definitely the stop. Whether it has coffee or not they have refreshing drinks for everyone ! Oh and one more thing, atmosphere is pretty vibrant and inviting. They only have outdoor seating that overlooks the street but its definitely clean and also dog friendly as well !

I ordered an Oreo Frap and loved it! It was delicious and something you cannot get anywhere else in La Jolla… if you want a Frap or a Coffee over ice, you seriously can’t go wrong. I only wish that I could’ve tried their Snickers Frap. PLUS they see French Gourmet super fresh tasty items: Cookies, Brownies, Palmiers (spell check) – yummy!
I love that there is a new, clean, lovely place to get an espresso fix!

Came here and tried the mango frap and the coffee frap. The mango frap was a good combination of mango sweetness and tajin. It may be too sweet for some but it’s enjoyable if sweet is what you’re going for. The coffee frap was subtle, not overwhelmingly coffee flavored or sweet, but pleasant.
The ambiance was excellent. The frap house shares a space with another business, but somehow it all fit together quite nicely. We were able to get some work done at the table inside all the while listening to live acoustic music being played on the patio. Not sure who that was playing, if he was patron or part of the business but what a great musician. To add to the environment, it seemed like the majority of patrons were speaking Spanish. Just a really cool atmosphere.
To add to the mix, the people who worked there were all polite and friendly. Hope your business sticks around for a long time!

All powdered ingredients, automated machine, what a load of crap. I thought a frappuccino place would do great in this beach town, but hopefully people see through it.
Synthetic carp. He even offered to blend in beans, they are just soggy and chewy.

I like the concept here at this new place. Although they specialize in making frappes, they also make espresso and coffee, not to mention some great baked goods provided by a local bakery. I stopped on after lunch to get some work done, and enjoy a single shot Americano, which I did, and I choose and almond cookie topped with a preserve (

The Americano was small, but rich in great flavor, robustness, and it went down smoothly. The almond and preserve cookie was a great choice. It had a great almond flavor, and was moist, but also had a very good refined texture brought on by the bits of almonds and almond flour (
). The preserve on top was great, not to sweet nor to tart, but just right with a great berry flavor. A great cookie to pair up with a great cup of espresso.
They use Nespresso and the lady and part owner who served me was very nice. They have seating outside and some inside along a high table with stools. I could not see any plug ins for electronics and such, but they do offer a good free WiFi connection.

Had a double expresso frap. 10 000 better than Starbucks.
Staff is friendly and coffee is top notch
