Curious about the mixed reviews, I made my first Togo’s visit today for lunch. Place looked clean. Several middle aged guys were working the counter and while I wouldn’t call them bubbly, they were polite and seemed very professional. I knew what I wanted going in, and got my reuben done correctly, no special request, in just a couple of minutes. Their sandwiches seem to be around $ 9 – 12 for a 9-inch that is wider than average, and probably weighs at least as much as a foot-long elsewhere. I thought it was a pretty good reuben; the bread had good chewy texture and pastrami seemed about deli-quality. Minor downsides were just one kind of soup — potato — and unsweetened iced tea on the watery side. Overall, I was satisfied and will go back again to try out other meats.

Food is delicious and it’s right by my job. Order in to save time because it gets very busy around lunch time. BLT is my favorite and also the Bacon burger is delicious. Everyone is always friendly and nice!

This is the best spot around here to eat. The service is always fast and courteous. Very important when you’ve only got a half hour lunch break. The food is excellent. Sometimes they overcook the fries but really that’s my only complaint. You can even call ahead to have your order ready for pickup if you’re so predisposed to do so.

Always came here when my husband worked in Sorrento valley. Now even though he doesnt work there anymore we still drive the 15 – 20 minutes from our house to get food here. Everything is so good and delicious. We always order The grilled sandwiches, teriyaki bowls, and cheeseburgers. They are big and very tasty along with their fries.

Giving this place a one star just because the fries were hot. This place in no way deserves 4 stars. Just those gross frozen patties«cooked». No taste, and the guy at the register is full of himself. Disgusting, huge disappointment. The revues must be from family, friends and workers

Food is delicious the prices are fair and it’s an all around good place to eat. I especially love the sushi here it’s not bad for a sandwich place.

Spam and egg with rice for breakfast! Who could go wrong with that. This place is conviently located in the heart of many big companies, soon business can get pretty busy. You can call in your order a head of time and I assure you it will be ready when you get there. The workersa re super friendly and prices are decent. They offer a wide variety of foods for breakfast and lunch. Great place to get a quick bite.

In a part of town where all you see is Qualcomm buildings, you’ll find this gem. I always call in my order before lunch and it’s always ready on time. Awesome service! The Chicken burger is money. Also the fact that they carry organic energy drinks makes this place even better!

Awesome place. On a diet, I can only eat specific foods and it’s a hassle to eat out since it’s so troublesome for the restaurant and me to explain what I can or can’t have in the dish. But I was in need of breakfast so my friend and I stopped by. Had to change up the southwest grilled chicken sandwich to a lettuce wrap with no mayo, no cheese, and no bread. Chipotle sauce on the side. It was amazing and super healthy. Chicken lettuce tomato avocado tomato and cucumber. Oh and they put a lot of chicken. They had the patience to listen to all our requests and even offered to keep the order written down and saved somewhere so it’ll be easier to order ago. This place is awesome.

One of my go to places for lunch. Nothing special about the location, but the food is good and prices are reasonable. Get there before 12 though because gets busy. However, place is pretty efficient about getting food out quickly. Big fan of all sandwiches since that seems to be all I live off of.

This place makes really good food. I’m in love with their Bagel breakfast sandwiches SOMEOFTHEBEST I HAVEEVERHAD. I feel like some of their items and food are overpriced, but I suppose I should expect that considering it is in Sorrento Valley. Oh and they have a terrible service fee if you use your CC and purchase something under 5 dollars. Other than that, I recommend this place for breakfast and lunch!

I’m there 100 review! Yaaaaaaa Love this place. I’ve been going here for years. So far there is nothing that I have disliked. The breakfast sandwiches are sooo yummy! I can call them 10 minutes before I’m there and BAM! It’s ready, no wait! It’s always busy. Lunchtime can be crazy because of all the Qualcom employees. Enjoy!

I love this place even more. Few days back, I forgot to get my wallet to the Deli, but the gentleman at counter recognized me, and gave me the order anyway. I am a regular here, and I really appreciate their attitude.

This place is awesome. I work down the street and often come here for lunch. They are always very fast, and the food is great! I’ve had the San Diegan sandwich on rye,(delicious), the spicy tuna roll, the double bacon cheeseburger, as well as a few other orders and everything is always great quality. I’ve brought several of my coworkers here as well and they have in turn become fans themselves. Love it!

Location: It is the food court in the middle of all the industrial buildings. Won’t be too hard to miss if you can get to the cross street :). Décor: It’s like an old fashioned diner/café. Order at the front and pay and they will give you a number. Sit anywhere you want inside or out. Food & Drinks: I ordered the bacon burger and it was really good. The burger was pretty big and the patty was very tasty. Everything matched well and it wasn’t super heavy. It wasn’t anything too crazy, but it was very good for the price. The one thing I was disappointed in was the fries that came with it. For some reason they had a very bland taste and they didn’t even taste like potatoes either. They were nicely cooked, but had 0 flavor. Maybe it was just me. It’s okay, just a little bit of some salt and ketchup and they were good to go! Happy eating my friends!

TOFUTERIYAKI! For real: sticky rice, sesame seeds, delicious steamed cabbage and carrots, slabs of sauteed tofu, and that delicious teriyaki sauce. You can order the bowl(comes with the veggies listed above) or the plate(most of the steamed veggies are replaced with a salad – and if you’re a vegan, make sure you specify no salad dressing(it’s ranch)). My husband likes to get the spicy tuna roll. That roll is FAT – just filled with tons of fresh-looking fish. You’ll probably want to avoid the place(particularly if you want to eat at a table) between 12 – 1. It’s packed. I really like the staff here. Everyone’s really been nice. Bottom line: Prices are more than fair for generous portions of good food.

I’ve had takeout lunch from here twice over the last couple weeks. Previously, I had the Teriyaki Chicken Plate. It was very simple(chicken, rice, and a side salad), but very good. Today I had a grilled cheese with bacon and fries. You can place an order to be ready in just a few minutes or call an order ahead. My office is right across the street from this restaurant and it’s my new go to.

Love the concept of this place !! Extra points for an extremely diverse menu! If you are looking for a quickie meal, this place does it’s job! This place is exactttttly how it sounds. It’s a grill and a market. When you walk in to the left is the front where you order your food. To the right is the seating and straight ahead is sort of a mini market that is comparable to liquor store products. Line may be long but don’t fret! They have several people working the front cashiers… there were 4 – 5 when I was there. There were about 5 people ahead of me and the lines move fast enough to where I probably placed my order within 45 seconds of standing in line. You can see the cooks making stuff and grilling stuff behind the counter which is pretty neat. Most items are cooked to order. It is really simple: 1. Stare at menu while you wait or look on the side. Menu is super diverse and includes burgers, sandwiches(hot/cold), spaghetti, breakfast items, sides, sushi and salads. 2. Get in line. Order. Pay. Get number 3. Find a place to sit or wait if you are taking to-go. Leave your number on the table. There is additional outside seating. 4. Someone brings you your food instantly(I waited 3 minutes after paying when my sandwich arrived… hallelujah) Ordered the San Diegan — their most popular cold sandwich. Choose wheat as my choice of bread. Includes turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes, and avocado and sprouts. About 7 bucks total. Not exactly the cheapest but fair for their quick service and I rate the sandwich highly. Everything tasted fresh and it even looked good. It wasn’t soggy and it was a good temperature. Came with a pickle. My only regret is not taking the time to look at the menu more. Once my sandwich came … I looked left to the table next to me and noticed this guy had a hugeeee plate of spaghetti and meatballs. I absolutely love pasta. Love. Yup there is a bathroom in here as well!
