Amy is very soothing, calming, and nurturing. Her reiki touch was very powerful and she was able to help me connect my root to my crown. I left feeling very grounded and clear. The space is also really healing and I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot.

My Reiki session with Amy was a wonderful experience! As a CMT, I was aware of how powerful energy work can be, but I had not yet received from a professional Reiki practitioner. I arrived with an idea of what to expect, and Amy confirmed and expanded my understanding of the art of Reiki and what might happen for/​to/​by me during her work before she began. I felt relaxed, comfortable, warm and supported throughout the session. I am deeply grateful for how Amy held a safe space to facilitate my healing: I knew the demands of the world (and this was tax season!) were far away, so that even as fearful and anxious thoughts circulated in my head, their clamor quietened. I left to go about my day with a new-​found confidence, peace and groundedness. I felt softer and lighter.

I went to Amy for my first reiki session ever and it was an amazing experience. I didn’t really know what to expect, but she was so welcoming and made me feel totally comfortable before starting. It was so relaxing and during the session, I had these wonderful thoughts and I felt like I reached a great meditative state. After I told Amy why I was stressed, she said before the session, «don’t worry, I’ll ground you.» She really did ground me and I started off the next week feeling refreshed and more focused on the right things. We spent about 15 minutes talking at the end of the session to go over what she observed and felt. It was spot on. Definitely recommend going to Amy! You’ll feel energized, and it’s a great reset on your mind.
