All of the class instructors are really good. But some staffs are being rude and inconsiderate. They were chatting in front without seeing people are in line and need to catch up for the class or whatever then they will not issue your pass because you were late. lol(duh I have 3minutes more to get in) Travelling time and with kids, what you should do to serve your customers? Plus, the assigned supervisor was there and instructed to pull me out in the gymn. What?!! I am a member here for almost year why you are treating your customers like that. That’s rude! Another incident, they were the same batch of people when I’m trying to get in and I didnt know that my membership hasn’t renewed yet on their system because the staff last time told me I have nothing to do with it and it will automatically renewed once the voucher has been issued. That time even though I explained with them everything that my membership has been taking care of and I was paid for 6mos membership renewal just to please excuse that day because we already drive –in the gas and everything has been expend– guess what? they didn’t allow me to get in the facility considering that I was a valued customer for almost year. I’ve been pissed of with these very inconsiderate people. They should not deserve to have good service ratings especially with these kind of staffs. Valueing, Respecting, Satisfaction of customer needs should be marked place priority in every business!!!
