What’s the point of online reservations if the notary won’t keep them??? Thanks for wasting my time ups…

I don’t write reviews very often, but I feel compelled to comment on the UPS Store at Highlands Village Place because when a business is as well-run as this one, you want to tell others about it. I drive a bit out of my way to do business at this particular UPS Store location because the service is exceptional — and consistently so. It really is worth the trip. Erik is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and patient. The store is bright, clean, and organized, which is not a given at mailing outfits. It’s just a pleasant, easy errand to run. Wish they all could be so! The store has been a great find for me.

I never thought I’d write a review about a notary experience –but Erik is awesome! He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and good at his job. He was asking me questions about how I found them and was talking about all the other services they offer — he went above and beyond and you can tell he takes great pride in the store. In fact, when I left I told my mom that she needs to go to this store due to their great customer service — not something you typically get at a shipping center in my experience

It is awesome to have a UPS store in our area. The owner Erik goes above and beyond and provides exceptional customer service! Erik has sponsored 2 of my local charity events this year and has provided discounts on supplies and copies. The store is organized and offers everything I need as a small business owner.

The true test of a business is if it provides good service for even its worst customers. I’m pretty sure I qualify as that, because I print my own postage at home — Ebay, you know — and drop off Fed Ex packages at my local UPS Store. They probably make like a nickel on every package I drop off, but they are always kind, polite, and helpful. One time a clerk even helped me track down a package. Whoever taught them how to take care of customers did a fine job.

We called ahead to do a notary service they said they were open and had a notary when we arrived within 15 minutes the owner who happens to be the notary was gone. When we conveyed our dissatisfaction about the lack of professionalism to the attendant he called the owner/notary. The notary said he would not come back and we could come back Monday. We drove quite a distance to come to a UPS store that happen to be open on Sunday and we were amazed and surprised by the lack of professionalism and complete rudeness of this owner of the UPS store in Dallas are on Camino Del sir. We will never be back and we thought other interested customers would like to know real information about the lack of courtesy and professionalism Go to the UPS store in Rancho Penasquitos instead.

This place is great! I just moved to the area and ship things kinda a lot. I needed a go-to shipping center that I can trust and be in and out. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. My last visit is why I wanted to write a review. Needed to fedex something overnight and the cutoff is 4pm. I was stuck in traffic and I arrived at 4:10. The staff member arranged for the driver to wait and he quickly(but carefully) packaged everything up and got it to the driver for the overnight delivery. I thought I was screwed but the staff made it happen. Bravo!

This location has been open since Dec 2014 I think but I only recently went in. They are located right next to Wells Fargo Bank. I called to make sure that I could take in a box with a pre-printed UPS label and have them take it on my behalf without charging me to send out. Eric, the nice guy on phone, said absolutely there’s no charge for that. There’s plenty of parking and the store itself is nicely organized. There were mailboxes, printers, packaging materials, notary service($ 10/signature), and get this — they also make keys here(see pic)! I think Eric said it’s about $ 3-$ 5 per key. I think he also said this location does Fedex and another carrier. He took my package, helped me stick the pre paid label on there, gave me a receipt and voila… easy peasy. So yeah this location is nice and the staff seems pretty kind + efficient.
