The wonders of realizing how cool a TJ is. The prices are lower compared to a typical Ralphs or Vons. The food and products are fresh. My favorite products here have to be the packed pre made salads here. They are tasty and healthy along with not breaking the bank. There are so many other products here that taste better too. The granola cereal, greek yogurt, the wine products… I can go on and on. The area here can be wall to wall traffic during weekends and peak hours as there is the Rock Church and a school nearby. Plan accordingly.

I prefer this trader joes over the one on Mission Valley
Even when parking is bad here, it’s never as bad.
Other good things about THIS location tends to have more in stock. I’ve been to the other trader joes in fashion valley and been unable to get basic staples like flour. The alcohol selection is just as good. The food to go might be better.
In addition to better parking, there is also the benefit of having Vons next door for all your other needs (like oxyclean and parchment paper).
So if you have a choice of are willing to drive, your experience here might be better than Mission Valley.

friendly staff, cute location, and all the wonderful specialty items that I always love from trader joes. the produce is always miles beyond the other typical grocery stores. I can’t pass up the lovely mushroom Brie cheese, the white bean and basil hummus, a few of their pre-​packaged salads, their green & carrot juice, and of course their wide variety of affordable but delicious wines.
in the frozen section, must try:
truffle mushroom pizza
vegetarian burritos
Mango mochi
asparagus and Brie shell pasta
mandarin orange chicken
also, don’t pass up on the cookie butter.
as you may have noticed … I’m a trader joes die hard!

Trader Joes is the exact opposite of Vons. While Vons is the girl you date because she’s there, Trader Joes is the girl you date because she’s hot and responsible, and everyone loves her.
Seriously, next time you’re in Vons or Trader Joes look around. Trader Joes is almost all hot people that look good and may or may not be in workout gear. Vons is all overweight dumpy people that crash their cart into everything and barely can use the self scanners.
Both places can be a bit pricey, but I feel like it’s worth it at Trader Joes because you’re getting things that haven’t been treated by chemicals, are generally fresher, and hasn’t sold out to corporate america.
So, go date Trader Joes for awhile. You’ll be in good company and feel like a million bucks and dump that loser Vons.

This is my favorite grocery store. All the choices are always fresh and food selection is wonderful. I tried the scallops and they were sweet and perfect! Their prices is much more reasonable than Sprouts. I just wish they had better bread selections and more organic soap selections. Once you grab what you need, you get the things you need the lines to check out is a breeze. It may seem a little hectic but once you figure out how the check stands are, the wait is not long. It’s nice to get recommendations from your checker. That’s how I got to try the scallops! I’m here once a week! Check it out!

Great location w a lot of parking in the area. There are a lot of stores around here, but the lot still was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon. Very organized store and everything seemed clean. Staff is also friendly. They have lots of check out registers that makes the lines go quick. One hour parking right outside the store and there is a 3 min loading zone just outside the store. They sell small plants outside.

I’ve gone to this Trader Joe’s a few times and they are always busy. They carry all the usual Trader Joe’s products, the staff is friendly and helpful, it always a good experience for me.
The parking lot is shared with other local business and the «Rock Church» but because certain areas are designated for church goers parking never seems to be a problem. However, traffic in this area can be heavy of some days.
The cashiers are efficient, and the shop is clean, organized and well stocked.

This is the last stop before going back home to HI. They have a nice selection but it is a smaller store than ones I’ve been to. Please have more dried mandarin oranges next time we were able to get the last two. Overall the location is only minutes from the airport. In addition it is down the street from our favorite taco shop, Aldabertos!

For healthy groceries, this is the place to go. I do buy some of their processed stuff but it’s still healthier than other stores. I love their turkey stuffed bell peppers, pulled chicken, and random salads. Salads can be pricey but well worth the money. Their orange chicken is soooo good too!

There’s nothing bad I can say about this Trader Joes or really any Trader Joes for that matter.
People are always friendly and willing to help. They see what you’re buying and try to strike up conversations sometimes about different recipes they may have tried, it’s great!
Lots of parking available in the lot across the street.
The garlic herb pizza dough is fantastic! Just made pizza last night and had to go back for more dough so I can make pizza again tonight! They also have so many favors of mochi and it’s cheaper than going to Vons or Ralphs. Lastly, always come here for bananas! Way cheaper than any other place I’ve seen.
People are great, prices are great, I’ll be back soon!

I always love Trader Joes but this one is especially great. While getting in and out and parking can be a bit challenging at times it has never been bad enough to deter me from going. They always have plenty of staff that are more than happy to help you and the check out people are always pleasant. Everyone there seems truly happy to be at work and the good mood it sets for its customers is very apparent.

I like this trader joes. It is laid out a little weird but it’s still easy to navigate. People that work here are very nice and always willing to help you find something. Easy access with plenty of parking.

I love Trader Joe’s and this is the closest location to me so I am here quite often. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help out.
I love the pre made salads, wraps, sushi, soups, and sandwiches. If you don’t have time to season and cook dinner then Trader Joe’s has you covered. They have lasagna, marinated chicken, pork, salmon and beef. All you have to do is throw it in the oven. It’s a great way to get affordable lunch and even dinner.
The only downside to this location is just that… the location. It’s at liberty station so the are can get quite busy on weekends especially Sunday’s. It shares a parking lot with Rock Church. I have always found parking but the area can definitely get crowded.

Stopped in here today to pick up a few things and was pleasantly surprised about how much produce and fruit they had compared to other locations that usually don’t have what I am looking for. I feel like a was winning today got everything on my list saved me a trip on having to shop at two different stores. Got to the check out counter and was greeted by Taylor she was awesome! As she was scanning my groceries she noticed that my bag of spinach was a little slimmy and she got me a new bag, Taylor has great customer service!

Let’s just say all Trader Joe’s are fabulous, you can’t go wrong as they have some of the most fantastic bites! I go to the Hillcrest location and I’m usually there 1 – 2 times a week, it’s great, the staff is friendly but parking can be a pain.
I’ve come to the Pt Loma location the last few weekends and there’s a lot of parking which is what has sold me on this location and the store is larger than most. I will say I was a bit confused as it was somewhat of a different lay out but I still managed to find all of my favorite bites and drinks.
Friendly staff, clean store, very stocked and everyone was willing to help me find my usual purchases.

I love this Trader Joe’s because of the great service they offer. I was looking for some gluten-​free things and asked a staff member and he took the extra step and printed out a list of gluten-​free items. Every time I am at the checkout, the cashier notices that I eat gluten-​free and they always have recommendations of new gluten-​free products.
Parking is simple and if you can’t find what you’re looking for here, you can stop by Von’s next door and grab it.
