I was referred to Treger & Cook for optometry… I do not have a problem with the doctors, just everyone else. I will be searching for a new optometrist. From the very first visit for vision, the technician was snotty. The receptionist is old and/or just doesn’t want to hear it because if you attempt to tell her what you want she cuts you off assuming she knows. Then, you end up telling your story over and over because you didn’t get to the right person the first time. There is the contact technician who isn’t in half the time, and than when he is in, he can’t get it straight — whatever it is. I was attempted to pick up a prescription — what a nightmare. First the contact tech tells me he’ll have it at the front, then I call to confirm — nope, not there. They tell me they’ll call me once it is ready. Nope, I call and they tell me half of it is ready. I ask what time they close and fly over there. The doors are locked — I recognize that it is 4:55 and they close at 5 — BUT5IS5, not 4:55. This poor customer service and incompetence has been going on for me for a year and a half. I keep thinking it will get better — NO. The only bright spot was Alisha who got me in the building to get the prescription. Personally, I would be embarrased to refer this keystone cop organization to anyone.
