True Roots Catering is located in the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation.
Today we spoke with Beth and she was very helpful answering all our questions regarding the menu, decorations, set up and cleanup. She took us on a tour showing the various Banquet Rooms and explaining the policies. I was given a copy of the menu to help with the planning of my event.
The menu is pretty complete covering Breakfast dishes: Continental, buffet and plated. Lunch dishes: plated (8 to choose from) and buffet (5 to choose from). Dinner dishes: plated (6 to choose from) and buffet (3 to choose from). The menu also has hot and cold Hors d’oeuvres, desserts and a hosted bar package.

We had our daughter’s Sweet 16 at Jacobs. Had an idea of what we wanted but couldn’t quite find anything on the menu that matched up. The chef worked with us to come up with a custom menu that sounded perfect. The tasting confirmed it. Everything was sooooo good! And on top of that, the chef & staff were great to work with. Cool people. Definitely recommend their services.
