It’s truly a shame that a business who claims to be professional would lie about the accusations they have made about their client. For one, we were told that the editing of our video would be done in 4 – 6 weeks. Given that there were holidays between that time period we would have at least appreciated some kind of update if it wasn’t going to be finished on the time that we were verbally promised. Secondly we did not«demand» the status on our video two weeks after the wedding. Although we did contact them to follow up on the status we were in no way demanding. And the frequency on the number of times we contact you for an update is an over exaggeration. We have phone records to disprove such an absurd accusation. Thirdly, our wedding plan was very organized. Can you really blame us for you and your team not getting in contact with us sooner to coordinate because no one ever answers your phone? Fourthly, to call me a liar for what your partner called me is far from professional. I only wish your calls were recorded for quality assurance purposes because its your questionable integrity against my word. And lastly I’d like to discuss this«breach of contract» you’re claiming for breaks an meals because not only did you have plenty of time for breaks in between we also paid for your plated dinners which you ungratefully did not accept. After watching our video, I’m positive anyone that anyone would consider your work unsatisfactory. You had a good amount of the ceremony of our backs and none of our faces especially during the procession of the vows. There’s no footage of the kiss. You didn’t get the entrance and exit before and after the ceremony. You only included one song from our playlist that you specifically asked us to provide you. I surely hope your customers are encouraged to visit your website and watch our video so they can see for themselves what poor quality and effort you put into creating our wedding video.

I don’t know how much these«customers» were paid to post comments like these but Urreola Films did an unsatisfactory job filming and editing our wedding video. They did not get the footage typical of a wedding video. They left the reception without notifying us whether they got all the footage they needed. It took them longer than the expected time that we discussed for us to receive our video. There was hardly any communication unless initiated by my wife and myself regarding any updates on the video. And to top it off Christie had the audacity to say to my wife that she was the«worst bride» they have ever worked with. Do they really think that just because they got their money upfront that they are allowed to treat their clients in such a way? If anyone would like to see the real quality of Urreola’s videos feel free to email me( ) and I will send you exactly what kind of video you will be expecting for your wedding if you go with them. And you can bet the BBB will be notified about this matter.

My husband and I were lucky enough to have Raul and Christie shoot our wedding in Palm Springs on Oct. 3. Before even signing a contract, we talked on the phone with Raul and Christie and also met them in person(where they showed us trailers and videos they had done). They were invested in the details of our wedding and made sure they knew what aspects were important to us to have in the video. Raul and Christie came out to Palm Springs the day before our wedding to familiarize themselves with the venue and also to get footage of the rehearsal. Working with them was stress free from the start and we even had a couple people ask if they were friends of ours! Raul and Christie fit in with our group so wonderfully, they were never in the way or in front of guests. Some videographers can be obnoxious and do whatever they need to get the shot. They were respectful of guests and always made sure they were not in the way. They also worked around our photographer and were respectful of her as well. Raul and Christie gave our footage such a unique angle, it wasn’t your typical, run of the mill wedding video — which we loved. We have received so many compliments on our video and booking Urreola Film was honestly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding. I have referred Raul and Christie to friends and will continue to do so. Here is our trailer if you are interested in seeing some of their best work!

Don’t risk not capturing your special moment. Reach out to Urreola Film and make sure you get it right. I called on Raul and the Urreola Film team to capture my surprise proposal to my(spoiler alert) fiancé. In my professional life I work with a lot of photographers and videographers(mostly corporate stuff), but I can tell when a photographer knows what they’re doing and when they just have a nice camera with a few go-to focus/shutter speed settings. Raul is the real deal! From the beginning Urreola Film was easy to work with. I had a location picked out and an agenda for how I envisioned it going. Raul, the photographer, listened and planned what he needed to do to make it happen rather than try and tell me how it should happen in his opinion. However, he was able to give me a few pointers to be sure I was able to get the pictures I wanted. One tip was just to be aware of what way I was facing when I got down on one knee so that the reaction on my fiancé’s face could be captured. It’s a small thing, but had he not mentioned it I don’t think I would have paid it any mind. What a save! What really impressed me was the small details. Raul brought an assistant to pretend to be a «random passerby» to capture the proposal on film. He also wore a Santa hat so it was easy to identify him while he stayed incognito. The pictures came out beautiful! The most liked photo I’ve ever posted on Facebook/IG :) Urreola processed, edited and delivered the photos way faster than I could ever imaged. There are more than a few good photographers out there, but many of them have diva personalities. They act as if you have no idea what you’re doing and that you’re so lucky to be paying them to shoot for you. Urreola Film wasn’t like that. They were all professional and happy to do whatever it takes to capture your special moment however you would like it. 5/5, can’t recommend them enough!
