5 star service right off that bat! Every time I come into this spot I feel so welcomed, unlike other places. These guys have great customer service and have crazy awesome deals! Don’t be afraid to come and check this place out, they have everything from phones to accessories for your devices.

Evan is super nice and great to work with. If you want great personal service with someone who knows his stuff then this is the place to go.

Don’t go anywhere else. Evan was so kind and helpful. If there was something we needed or a question, he did everything possible to help. He also made sure we were in and out as fast as possible, though we were having such a pleasant time we hardly noticed the time. We will definitely come back in the future!

After receiving misinformation and poor customer service at the Verizon Wireless on Sports Arena, I decided to try this merchant. Jose J. was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to upgrade a phone. He was thorough and ensured all of the information from the original phone was backed up properly and any questions I had were addressed. Kudos and think you Jose.

Evan Choi took excellent care of us. Our network card went out and he fixed it on the spot with no waiting time. He had a very welcoming personality. I would highly recommend his place of business. No sale pitches, just great honest service.

Outstanding service from Evan. I got the biggest bang for my buck definately. He found a plan that gave me more coverage for less money. Also found an unused rebate I never would have known existed. On top of that, he is knowledgeable of current promotions and specials and can really maximize your deal. I got a new Galaxy S5 smartphone and almost-​new tablet out the door and just paid tax. AND, less on my monthly bill while increasing my coverage. Wow.

Seriously! Go see Evan Choi if you’re having issues with your Verizon devices. This guy is solid and knowledgeable. He’s patient and very considerate (I know nothing about anything electronic related). He’s thorough and ensured all the Ts are crossed and ls were dotted. VERY impressed with his customer service. I went in there to make sure I wasn’t cheated on my new Verizon contact and Evan was considerate enough to review it for me. I also ended up upgrading my JetPack to a newer model. ALL with Evan’s expert advice. If it’s time for you to upgrade your Verizon account with a new and improved device, you won’t be sorry if you stop by this location and see Evan Choi. I broke my cellphone a week ago and after seeing a better deal online, I decided to switch from ATT to Verizon. Unlike ATT, I can get the same deal in the Verizon stores than I can online, so I ventured over to MD Wireless rather than waiting for a new phone to be mailed to me.
Jose was the only employee there, and he went out of his way to patiently answer all of my questions, verify that the deal I wanted was legit, and offer every single bonus he could to make my transition seamless. He even applied my screen protector and showed me a few tricks for doing it myself in the future. I’m very impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, and courteous nature. I never felt like I was being sold something. It was more like an acquaintance sharing his honest opinions and trying to give me a «bro-​deal.»
MD Wireless blows away every ATT store I have visited!

My mom and I stumbled across MD Verizon, walked in with my broken iPhone 5c, and left with a great deal on a new iPhone 6. I have been to many different Verizon stores and have never had this great of customer service. Evan is hands down the best guy to work with and we will definitely be coming back for more business. Great business and great service, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and have been to many other San Diego locations and by far, this was the best customer service I ever received. I was getting ready to switch carriers because of poor service from other stores and then received an email stating I could upgrade early. This location was near my gym so I walked in and showed Cody the email. He confirmed I was eligible and reassured me my monthly phone bill would stay at a similar price point. I was on my way to gym, so left my phone with him so he could transfer data and take care of paperwork. I walked back in the store an hour later and EVERYTHING was taken care of… even all the rebate paperwork was in a postage paid envelope and all I had to do was drop it in the mail! He was knowledgeable, efficient and patient and I highly recommend. Thank you!

This review has been long overdue, due to my disease, laziness. This was my third phone from this place. And there is good reason for me to go back three times. They know the services and explained and gave me more options than any cell phone dealer, depending on my needs. They don’t push you but actually help you. And get yourself a Samsung Note 4, I just did and wow over apple. :)

It’s hard to find another business that fits the essence of this word so well.
The owners here are efficient, good communicators, and VERY VERY organized.
I’ve never had such good service at a Verizon dealer.
I’ve never had such good service, period.
But first a little backstory. I am shit with smart phones apparently. My first phone I accidentally took kayaking with me. It didn’t survive the adventure. I’ve lost, replaced, or destroyed more smartphones than a classroom full of angsty teenage girls.
The deal is, I’d been having major issues with my S3 for months now. The thing is a molasses speed piece of crap that never knows where I am (read: the GPS does not lock on — apparently this is a reoccuring thing with Samsung phones, because I’ve gone through 2 of them now and its the same issue each time).
S3 #1: No GPS lock after 6 months. Dropped once. Screen dies a slow painful death. Time to renew.
S4: Came with new contract. Works great. Flies out of pocket on a motorcycle ride to OC. Fuggin Weep.
S3: #2: Not up for contract renewal. OC Verizon says fuck you and makes me buy one for $ 500. Works great for 2 months. GPS dies a slow painful death. Back to square one.
So I check in to MD Wireless.
The problem is my contract doesn’t renew till August. No good. I’m not gonna shell out $ 600 for another new phone.
This is where everything was different.
They were not only able to keep my unlimited data plan, which Verizon is dickishly trying to phase out, but also explain to me, step by step, how they were going to be able to hook me up with a new G2 for ~$ 200 (read: this was a $ 500 – 600 phone at time of purchase) by tweaking my account.
They were consummate professionals throughout the entire process and explored every opportunity to save me the most money possible in my transition to a new phone.
Cannot recommend these guys enough. A+
