Do not rent at address 2720 Broadway. Manager Amy is unprofessional, inexperienced and not helpful. Also, COCKROACHES everywhere in every unit and they are not doing anything about it. Do not rent here. Manager also tried making changes such as locking the dumpster in order to «protect privacy» so dumpster divers are not digging. This is just a hassle and people are just leaving their trash outside of dumpster which is causing a mess. Manager also does not let kids play outside at all. Many families with kids are now moved out because of this. Do not rent here. Decorations are not allowed on doors. Do not rent here.

There management has been ridiculous, they have made many stupid changes. 1. For one assigned parking: you need to pay $ 20 a year (which is not bad). BUT!!!, regarding extra parking is awful the street parking that is available gets full fast. You can park in the Library parking but its only for a certain time Or park in the next street where a young girl was killed. 2. Can’t decorate windows or out side of your door during holidays. 3. Apartment manager tries to make excuses when fixing any appliances instead of trading it in for another used one that’s in better condition. I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my family/​friends.

I’m updating yet again — So I didn’t enjoy my final walk-​thru with Heather — she came off as nit-​picky and uninformed:
I left my place spotless (above broom clean in my estimation because I’ve always been gouged at move out) but we differed on some pre-​existing marks on the faux wood linoleum floor. She didn’t realize I had a 6 month lease and seemed to think I was moving out early on a 12 month lease.
Just as I was really starting to think that I wouldn’t see a return on my deposit (particularly since I moved across country) I see the little «Walz Properties» envelope in my mailbox — with a neat little check and an itemized receipt for reasonable deductions.
Thank you for not forcing me into legal wrangling — for being a lawful, reasonable, management property that sticks to the 20 day timeline!

Karla the so called «apartment manager» is extremely rude, unprofessional, and negligent. I have asked her about an issue for 3weeks! and still it’s not resolved. She states we are the «problem» just because I have the balls to tell her that she is not doing her job as an apartment manager. She doesn’t know what to say and becomes irrate when confronted. She also didnt want to give me the office number to Walz properties, its ok here it is Unilocalers undated number is 1−858−300−1320. Hopefully I can finally get my apartment issue resolved, until then we will see how long this takes…
