Been looking for a place that i can get a massage that reliefe my pain in my muscles cause of daily work and too much walking and i never had an awesome experience like i did here. This is my only massage spot that i would be going back to over and over. Very clean and experienced with what they do. Very calm and relaxing room. Definitely would recommend it to everybody

Nice looking place and friendly staff were my initial thoughts. My girlfriend and I went with the couples massage. The therapists kept leaving the room throughout our 90 minute massage and on top of that they cut us about 15 minutes short. I thought the massage was nice but my lady hated it. She said it wasn’t soothing at all. My biggest complaint and the reason why they are getting two stars is they decided to charge me $ 95 per massage on my card which is pretty much bullocks. The massages were supposed to be $ 60 and I was charged $ 70 extra the funny thing is they didn’t post this to my account for 6 weeks after our visit. CHECKYOURACCOUNTSLADYSANDGENTS! I won’t be back. Get your stuff straight Water Cube.

I had such high hopes. The place looks great, but the customer service sucks. Despite having called to set up an appointment, when I arrived, there wasn’t a masseuse available, so the owner(I guess) in very broken English said she would massage me for 20 minutes and then my therapist would take over. Weird, but whatever. The other therapist came out and confirmed this plan. She was a woman. However, when the owner left after just 5 minutes, it was a man that came in to take her place. That would have been fine, but for the fact that the owner had flung the sheet off of my body, and I laid there, face down and sprawled out to greet him in just my underwear. Lovely. The massage itself was great. He asked several times if I was ok and the pressure was ok. When I was leaving, he asked, «No tip for me?» I thought that was pretty tacky, especially since I’d already tipped at the beginning via credit card(and they charge you $ 2 for a card transaction, so just bring cash). I’m not against people coming here and starting a business, but when language and culture are a true barrier to delivering good customer service(I’m not even asking for great service), that’s where I draw the line.

Fail! Went here today for foot massages. It has a decent price, but halfway through we asked them to stop and asked for refunds. I never felt relaxed in the place at all and isn’t the point of a massage to feel relaxed?! It is way too loud between the street, people talking and walking around in their flip flops. They can’t do much about the street noise, but they can certainly stop the chatter and annoying and constant sound of flip flops. Ever heard of slippers? Both masseuses left way too many times throughout the massage. Why? And the rubber gloves are painful and feel weird. Never once in all the dozens of massages I received in LA did they use rubber gloves. Kind of defeats the purpose. They also require you to pay upfront which is backwards. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very reasonably priced massage — Ami did a great job on my back and shoulders. They also won’t skip out on the last 10 mins like a lot of massage places do. 60 minutes means 60 minutes, not 45 – 50(looking at you Massage Envy). I’m coming here again for sure!

I received an amazing massage by CoCo. This place is really clean and they have great customer service. If you want a great relaxation for an hour or so please don’t hesitate to come here.

this is a new spa, but the employees have a ton of experience. One of the massage therapists is Linda who used to be at Lotus spa. She is outstanding and will work as hard as it takes to get the knots out of your back or wherever you have problems. The facility is spotless and new, and highly professional. For $ 40.00 you get an hour of fantastic work. I always tip around $ 20. as the work they do is very demanding. I have been to a number of San Diego Spas, and I think this is by far the best.

Very strange massage set up. The head rest on the tables is not lower than the body portion so your face is holding you up against the force of being massaged. To top that off they put paper towel over regular towels which is scratchy on your face. They had us pay in advance with no pre-manage information given about medical concerns. Afterward they still expected a tip despite the fact that we paid at the beginning. When I gave my tip they visibly acted like it wasn’t enough. I would never pay for that again.

Really classy, nice environment. Excellent location with easy parking in back. Very friendly staff and extremely reasonably priced. Excellent massage in a nice sized room. The therapist was great. The massage table and blankets very luxurious. My wife had Michael and I had Coco as our therapists for a fantastic experience. This is a great spot in a great North Park up and coming area. We will return.

Great Massage! Coco was my therapist and very friendly. I really enjoyed how she blended several massage modalities, especially the Thai massage. I will be returning.

I agree with the first reviewer. The bus stop is the only negative. This spa is as nice if not nicer than any on Convoy. Parking is good in the back. The massage is fantastic. Wendy will work out any ache and pain. I even had the hot stone. It was the first time for this but it was worth it. This is well worth the money.

I was driving by and noticed the new sign in my neighborhood just in time for Valentines day! We came for an hour long couples massage affordably priced at $ 100. The room was large and very cute including luxurious velvet blankets! This looked and felt like a high ended massage parlour when I walked inside! The staff was very kind and Michael and Linda both did amazing jobs! They checked in with us both throughout making sure everything was ok! I will be back for absolutely sure! Their menu also included hot stone massage which I will try for next time!

New location on El Cajon Blvd. Only one bad– Right in front in an ECB bus stop, patrons are not always«salt of the earth»…likely not harmful either. GOODS!!- 1. Super clean, high ceilings, fresh paint… very sanitary and attractive layout 2. The massage is deep tissue as hard as you can stand and will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. I was simply blown away with the quality and respect that my massage therapist, Linda, showed me. 3. They offer both full body and foot massage, and the foot massage area is exemplary. Quiet, fully appointed and extremely luxurious looking. 4. I have been to many of the«Convoy Corridor» establishments, ranging from«nasty» to «extremely luxurious and attentive»…WaterCube Spa is as good as any place in the upper range of AMP’s in San Diego… treat the ladies with respect, and you will be extremely satisfied with your therapy. This is not a «rub and tug» establishment… there are other places to go for that.
