Had 9:30 a.m. appointment and waited half hour until they told me they were one hour behind schedule

Getting blood drawn here has been painless. I have had to have blood tests drawn every month for past 3 months. HOWEVER, recently the woman behind the desk has 1) Asked me to pay balance for that days blood draw IN ADVANCE before billing my insurance (which pays for 99%) of cost. 2) Brings up last bill due of $ 2.00 (Yes, that’s right Two Dollars) which I had just received from Quest, and tried to get me to pay before they would draw blood. I explained that my husband pays all co-​pays out of his medical savings from work. She then proceeds to tell me that «in the future I had better be prepared to pay up front.» REALLY!!! Well guess what sweetie I WON’T BE GOING BACK THERE!!!

Very friendly quick service no pain I hate getting my blood test makes me so nervous and I looked at reviews and I was unsure where to go but I’m so happy I went here it was super easy

Come in for lab work on a monthly basis. Offices open late. Long line for lab work. Sitting here for 1 hour already only 3^rd person in line. They seem to be only able to handle 1 lab request every 30 min. Have already seen 3 people get up and walk out. 12 more people behind me… they better cancel anything going on in their day looks like they will be waiting until after lunch. Never this lab again!!!

Appointments mean nothing here, plan to spend a long time waiting. The people who work there are very pleasant and do a good job, they just need a better process for ensuring people with appointments get processed at their appointment time.

My daughter has to get blood drawn regularly and she INSISTS on ONLY coming to this lab. They are kind and quick and always get her on the first try… No pin cushion practice at this location. It’s best to make an appointment because they do get busy and often times only have one person working.

The girl at the front desk had no customer service skills what so ever. Then when I went in to use the restroom, YUCK!!! it smelled like urine so bad that I just turned around and walked out. If I didn’t know any better I’d think I was in a gas station. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location EVER.
