San Dimas Dry Cleaners

Fantastic service here. Handed in a pair of white linen pants… can’t think of many things more difficult to clean completely than that. The pants were not completely crisp white upon return, although I wasn’t sure whether it was possible to accomplish this given the color, the material, and the extent of the stains. Nevertheless, when I pointed this out, the ever kind lady took them back immediately with no hassle, worked on it with an even greater degree of attention and care than is usually necessary and returned it the next day looking as spotless as it did when I first bought it.
These are people I know I can always count on to get the job done at a time frame and a price that leaves every other dry cleaner I’ve been to in the dust. Thank you. :)

I don’t know why anyone would rate this establishment poorly. The owner is so nice and they do original hem for jeans too for $ 15. They’re moving 2 stores down into a bigger establishment and the dry cleaning will be done on site. 4 stars you might ask, well I rarely give 5 stars.

Been using them for a few years now and I have always been happy with the work. I’ve had dry cleaning and alterations done. They did a great job with my jeans and keeping the original hem. I’ve tried others in th e area and have stuck by this shop.

I have been using this cleaners for over 20 years without a problem. I think the reviewer trashed the wrong place! There is no Stater Brothers within 10 miles of this cleaners!

I genuinely wonder if the other reviewer has the right cleaner, because I have had the complete opposite experiences whenever I go, and I’m a frequent customer. I have never had anything to complain about. I live in Rancho Cucamonga, but I work in Glendora. I always stop by here after work to drop off my clothes. Jenny, the owner, has been nothing but friendly and helpful. They take care of my clothes super well and I always leave pleased. Which is why the review below is confusing. To San Dimas Cleaner’s defense, no cleaner has a normal turnaround of having your clothes done in the same day. The only places that do that service charge you extra for it. If anything, it shows this cleaners has good customer service by complying to his demands. I absolutely love this cleaner. They are friendly, good at what they do, and fair priced. They are my go-​to and I would not take my clothes anywhere else.

AWFUL!!! We’re new on this side of town and decided to give them a try. Basically, they suck. Went in to drop off clothes in the am, needed them the next morning. Was told they couldn’t do it. Told them I’d go elsewhere to someone who could do it. Then they changed their mind… all the sudden they can provide a 24-​hour turn around. Then, they make you pay up drop off. Didn’t have any cash (which they said they required). Funny because I’ve used my card here before and it says here on help they take credit cards!!! Ran into Stater Bros to get cash, came back… and then they took another persons card.
Wasted my time this morning… cause I have so much of it in the morning on my way into work. Won’t be returning.
