Starbucks

These are the dumbest baristas I’ve ever met. they need to be trained better. I asked them to make me a drink just like the double shot espressos I can buy in the can and they have no clue how to make it nor something similar. How do u work at Starbucks and not know how to make an espresso drink? Not even the guy making the drinks could help. I left. didn’t want to bother with baristas that can’t make Starbucks drinks. Wack. Plus they’re rude and doesn’t even work with you to figure out the drink.

Everytime I come here my order is totally messed up. And it’s not complicated at all… iced coffee with soy. I’m allergic to milk, and one time I got half and half in my iced coffee! I get it if it’s a mistake and they put regular milk, because that’s out of habit… but half and half oh man, that is no bueno. It’s starbucks though. it’s over produced watered down coffee anyway… but I still find myself getting coffee from here when I’m on the run. Two stars because there’s one guy here who’s fantastic at caramel pouring… doesn’t jip you at all!

Great service and my drink is always made the way I like it. After awhile they know you by name and it gives a very personal feel knowing that even a big company like starbucks can have a down home feel to it. A little crowded but always friendly and short wait time.

Ordered a caramel brulé frap, vanilla latte, iced green tea latte and an iced peach tea.
Person taking my ordered said we have to make you a hot peach tea and you mix it with ice yourself (really)
Get the iced green tea and a small cup of milk (guess we have to mix this shit ourselves too) get the frap and its all watery (shouldn’t this shit be blended?) Vanilla latte was fine I suppose.
Well 25% isn’t bad if you don’t mind FAILING! Thanks Starbucks for making my choices in purchasing coffee beverages anywhere else a 100% guarantee!

The red cups are back ! Who cares if it doesnt have xmas designs on them. I think red already symbolizes the season. Good cup of joe today.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas chatter amongst themselves too much and time is precious, I can’t wait 15 for them to pour an iced coffee.

If you love Starbucks Chai come here!!!
The baristas here definitely know how to measure their Chai! It always comes out smooth and not bitter or overwhelming. Other Starbucks around the area tend to put too much Chai mix and it kills the entire drink. I’m usually in a hurry when I come to this location, however it seems really quiet and comfy. The staff is really nice! I only order Chai but my husband gets a white mocha and says it’s delicious. Then again I don’t think you can mess up a white mocha! Lol! I always return to this location. If you live in San Dimas it’s honestly in the middle of everything! Perfect location!

Unclean is the biggest issue here, second is the hit or miss of friendliness. Lines are long and slow in the morning, all I need is coffee.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon to try the Pumpkin spice frappuccino. It was delicious. Bathrooms were clean, and there was a self serve fresh water jug with cold water, by the condiments. Tables were a little messy, but it was busy due to the Western Days weekend festivities.

The service is great! The beverages are tasty! The music and ambience is great! What more do you need!

Decent starbucks. A little messy and crowded at times. always a bunch of pervy looking men on laptops using the wi fi. That don’t appear to be doing homework, probably something hinky or kinky.

Being in the heart of Old Town San Dimas, this chain stands out as a nice and cozy addition to the neighborhood. Plenty of seating inside and outside where you are in the shade of umbrellas and palm trees.
If you have a couple hours to spare, park your car, grab a coffee and take a stroll down Bonita Ave to check out some of the other rustic-​looking shops.

So … I stopped to get a box of coffee to go at 930 and was told no… But I could buy ten cups of coffee to go. Seems they didn’t have enough coffee to fill a box of Joe but did for ten cups. Really it the same thing. Went to my normal Starbucks and asked about this and they said this Starbucks was wrong and rude. So one star cause coffee was good but customer service sucked big time.

Probably the most friendly of Starbucks I have been to so far. The workers always say hello and never get distracted by other employees. They never get my order wrong either which is a big plus. I can’t count how many times I go to another Starbucks to get an unsweetened tea and when I go to drink it I get attacked by sugary syrup.
On a side note this Starbucks is always crowded with people, but they tend to make your drinks quickly and correctly.

Well I’m new to the online ordering and I sent my order to the Starbucks on arrow when I meant to send it here. initially I’m waiting like always and no one says anything to me. Then I find out my phone order didn’t deliver here. It was sent to the one on arrow. Then the girl says I have to go to the other Starbucks she won’t remake it. Ugh couldn’t you just make it here? You’re the same business.
I understand it’s my mistake but I was not acknowledged for over 10 minutes. They were too worried about some girl with NO SHOES ON walking around joking with her. Either she is a regular or she works there. Either way it was annoying because if I had known that I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I come here a lot and I’ve noticed how slow this place is and how half the workers just don’t care.
So I call the one on arrow I sent it to and they tell me this Starbucks should have honored it and made my drink!!! Are you kidding? What a joke. I love this Starbucks and woulda gave 5 stars but that wasn’t cool. I already paid for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the best starbucks ever! I come here very often and the service is the best! They always make my coffee perfect and the lines are never too long. I do wish they had a drive thru though

You guys are f$&kin up, went to Starbucks on arrow hwy-​there «GSL» is down, so you can’t you your Starbuck cards. Drove down to the Bonita store to buy a simple cup of coffee (at STARBUCKS) and they tell me there out of coffee! Do you want to wait until we brew a new pot? f-​no! There be no shout outs to these partners!!! Who is supervising?

By far the WORSE Starbucks I’ve been to, ever! Sucks, because I’m here often for work. Ugh!
Everything about this place is all wrong! Baristas are not the nicest, they ALWAYS get my drink wrong & have attitude on fixing it. What tha?! The pastry section is usually always low because of how busy this place gets, but don’t bother on asking a worker about it– they’ll have attitude there too. There is plenty of walking room as all the tables are pushed to the walls of the place plus a middle big table. But, outlets are scarce! Boo! There’s a fairly big sized patio outside of it so there’s usually always a seat or two up for grabs.

I absolutely love this place. I really don’t understand how people complain about the service when everybody has always been so nice to me, and I come here a lot. Mikey is such a sweetheart and is always so nice.
