Slow and disorganized. 4 people behind the counter and we have been in line for more than 10 minutes.

Worst customer service from the cashier Raymond. He doesn’t acknowledge your order and has no courtesy manners. He is so unprofessional and fights with his barista instead of helping him.

5 stars for the barista working his butt off BY HIMSELF .
Whoever is in charge of management here clearly sucks at his job. How do you leave someone to work by themselves at a Starbucks during lunch hour? Better be paying this employee well.

I live 5 min walking distance from this place because it is one of the few Starbucks around the area besides the congested one by the metro station and the recently opened one all the way by burbank airport. I’ve lived here for about 10 years and I’ve come here on occasion to making it a habit. And every time, its always the same thing. Short on staff, and having to wait 10 to 20 minutes for a drink. The most annoying part is they insist on understaffing during the weekends, so the line is always long and the drinks will take forever to make. I’m sure its not the fault of the people who work there but whoever manages this starbucks should really consider hiring and staffing more people on given rush hours times and weekends. I stop coming here for months even years because of the slow wait and every once in a while when i decide the heck with it, it’s still the same thing.

Great place for coffee staff is great just forgets to to read the cup how you want it

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Walked in as they opened and no one had even ordered and the cream/​sugar area was covered in sugar. Then I noticed their system was down so they were doing all the orders by hand and making everyone pay next door at the concession stand. Then I was given my breakfast sandwhich and the outside of the bag was covered in very greasy cheese. Turned off.

It gets busy often & there is only one register. Sometimes not worth the wait. They skimp you on the whipped cream and last time I was there they were out of ice ???

Long lines. Huge seating area but only one barista and one cashier at all times, even weekends. I’ve waited at least 10 minutes (up to 20) every time I get a drink here. Yes, I was desperate for caffeine.

Last time I came, the barista prevented me from getting in line because it was 10 minutes before closing and there were already 4 people in line. She was working alone. I was super bummed that I drove all the way there, got there before closing, and still could not order. She just shrugged and said sorry passively. I walked around Target, and as I left about 10 minutes later, I noticed she had served additional people who had showed up after her 4-​person line was gone. Since it was still before closing — they were served.
Upset customer. It doesn’t matter how long your line is. If customers show up before close, they should be served regardless of if there is one barista or three.

Many reviews criticize this particular Starbucks but I still decided to give them a shot. Aside from the dirtiness and laziness of the staff, I was shocked to come in and find out that this particular Starbucks on the day that I went was not serving Fraps which was my main reason for going to Starbucks. Mind you I was mad and left cursing them out oh yeah I busted my rude customer pants, I was throwing all sorts of words with no shame. How dare they not have any fraps, If i wanted just coffee I would of just gone down the street and bought it at 7 eleven for a cheaper price or made it at home. The nerve of some people!

Very disgusting. Space was awful spit. I am absolutely disgusted with life. I hate the fact that I have to live another day in this world. The coffee tasted like absolute garbage. I have never wanted to commit suicide more than I do today. If I could spend my money on a noose rather then at Starbucks I would.

Quick and great!!! Prefer this target Starbucks type the stores!!! Great customer service and most of the time quick with the orders. Always on point.

Hidden inside a Target. Not really much to say. Oh … They uses to have a fee for purchasing inside a Target. But I have not seen that in recent years.
I also love Ashlynn C. review. She is so angry. There’s usually only 2 essential personal. The cashier /​order taker and barista. It’s OK. Bad case of the Mondays. I feel you.

I opt to come to this location when doing coffee runs (I don’t drink Starbucks to begin with, I like quality coffee/​tea) because of the large parking lot as opposed to the location on Lankershim/​Magnolia.
The menu is a bit smaller supposedly, but I haven’t had problems with whatever order I’m given.
The people are always nice to me and I’m considerate to them. Maybe it’s because they know me from all the other runs I’d do sometimes 5 days a week, or because I’m not just some prick who talks shit to people who they think are below them.
Anyways, I’ve never had a problem with the people/​service here. I’ll continue getting their drinks here for my clients until they prove me wrong.

Worst excuse for a Starbucks ever. There’s always only two employees. They are slow and the line is always long it’s a waste of time to even go there you wind up late for work and with a drink not made correctly. Avoid this one at all costs.

this starbucks is not in front of target. it is actually inside target. which for the last 2 years was one of my favorites in the area by the way this is not the only sturbucks in the area there is an other one on shermanway and witset right by the 170 freeway.
i have been to the target starbucks the last 2 weeks and they always have something that is broken. last week was the blender it was broken. hello!!! you’re inside a target store!
this week i went praying that the blender was fixed. so now the problem is the ice machine that is broken. can you believe that??? a big company like starbucks cant take care of those 2 little things.
for that my rating on starbucks sucks because they do too.

Small SB in the front of Target. Small selection of pastries. Okay employees, lines when the store is busy. It is better than no SB at all

Thank you to everyone here who makes my morning, afternoon, and sometimes my night! I especially love that they remember who I am and are so sweet to me everyday! Vanilla iced coffee, yum!

This is actually one of my favorite Starbucks locations. All baristas are extremely nice even under their working conditions. This location is usually understaffed and gets really busy.
Let me tell you, the baristas there really work as fast as they can and I respect them for it. I mean, how fast can you make 8 diffrerent drinks when you only have one blender and one espresso machine?
The baristas here always remember the regulars and their orders. It’s a nice environment to be in.
I like it.

I can’t believe nobody has reviewed this Starbucks, tucked away inside of Target lol. I think it’s location over in the corner of Target is very out of the way and low key, hence, I like it. Also I think it’s convenient that I can grab a quick something something while waiting for someone at Target. It’s just as good or bad as any other Starbucks actually, but the location maks it nice.
Obviously due to location however, it doesn’t have the typical amount of space inside of the nicer Starbucks’ spots and it also doesn’t offer as many places to sit and spread out a bit.
All of this adds up to A-​Ok in my book lol
