So this review is a few years late, but I definitely need to let others know to NEVER COME HERE! I came into this place in 2012 to get practically everything done for my quinceanera, including my dress and my chambelanes’ tuxes. At first, Alma seemed like the sweetest lady and made so many promises. I chose a gorgeous dress out of a catalog, which Alma bookmarked and told me she would order. I came back to her arguing with me that I did not choose that one and instead chose a different dress from another page. My mother and I continued to insist that it was not the dress I had ordered and she had the nerve to accuse my mother of having really bad memory. Since my quinceanera was around the corner, I had no time to order the dress I originally wanted, so Alma insisted I get a basic dress she had stored in the back. I had no other choice, so I said «fine.» My chambelanes also rented their tuxes here, but one had complained to me that when he went to pick it up, his shoes were missing. Another one received ripped pants. The hats were also not what I had ordered since they did not have the burgundy colored band I had wanted on them, plus the material was extremely cheap and definitely did not look even close to the picture I had seen. After my quinceanera, I had to go back and pay off the rest of the charges and Alma had the absolute worst attitude, when I AM STILL PAYING AFTER SHE DID THE WORST JOB EVER. I have never been so furious and upset. Please don’t ever waste your time here.

Went there to find a tuxedo for my son’s winter formal. A friend recommended them because she had used them for a quince her son was in. I was looking for something affordable. My son and I went in met with the owner who measured my son and asked for the color he wanted for his bow tie. His girlfriend didn’t want him to see the dress so we had to go on description only. Lol! She told me not to worry. I could always call ahead and change the color. A few days prior Cynthia called me to confirm the color. By this time I had a picture of the color which I was able to email her. The day before the dance my husband and son went to pick up the tuxedo. Very nice. An Oscar de La Renta coat tuxedo pants white shirt black suspenders and a bow tie. $ 70.00.(50 RENTAL 20 DEPOSIT) Try on before you leave though. My son needed a bigger size jacket. A great deal! We will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever I will never go back to this lady I ordered recuerdos for a quinceanera with her and she said she would have them ready the Tuesday before the event. I called her Friday to make sure they were ready and she said «sorry they won’t be ready till Monday» after the event and I told her no that I needed them for Saturday and I was gonna stop by Friday afternoon to pick them up she said she would have them ready. I asked her what time she opened Saturday and she said 10 am. I couldn’t stop by Friday so I went Saturday morning I was there before 10 waiting for her to open she didn’t show up till 12:30 and I walked in and told her I was there for the recuerdos she told me she didn’t even have them ready that she had more important things to do. I told her that was ridiculous that I called her Friday night to go for them and she had the nerve to tell me that she didn’t even open Friday that she had just told me she would be there. She started making them in a hurry and I had ordered 3 dozens and she only had enough for 2 dozens and she gave me a cheap item for my 3^rd dozen and she didn’t even apologize or return my money all she said was that now I know not to order from her next time I have a event. I will never go back to her she is the WORST EVER!

Don’t waste your time going there. My daughter was in a quinceanera and they picked this place to get the dresses. it was a disaster getting my daughter’s dress, getting it fitted (they took measurements over their clothing), they lost her dress and gave us someone else’s but it was and XL, the wrong size. They couldn’t find her paperwork noting the deposit I paid either. I went back that night and they gave me a small. My daughter tried that on and it was so tight it took 2 people holding the zipper to get it up. I was told come back on Friday at 11am so they could go to the «warehouse» in the morning to get her dress exchanged for the right size-​medium. I took off work (again) for my 11am appt. and she said to come back at 4pm. I came back at 4pm and she couldn’t find her keys to get the dress so we waited or 30 min. Her daughter came over with the keys and she came back with a dress from «down the street» at «alterations.» It was still the same dress! A SMALL. There is no where to let it out at the seams but she told me they did this. She said the warehouse was closed until Monday (after our event). My daughter is 15 and her breasts were inappropriately popping out of the top of the dress and she kept saying it fit good because it is sleeveless and needs to be tight. It is so tight it was cutting off her circulation and she couldn’t sit because it was cutting into her tummy. I told her I wanted the medium or the XL that could be taken in. She said there XL she originally gave me the night before was gone. Bottom line – after many trips there and the problem was never solved. They didn’t order the correct size dress or lost our dress and paperwork and because the event is Sunday, we have no choice but to try to wear this dress. I had to take it somewhere to have inserted fabric sewn in. NEVER GO THERE! THEY DON“T CARE! I was ripped off. They knew they had us in a dilemma and didn’t care about the quinceanera or if my daughter had to drop out because she had no dress. Thank God for her daughter because she spoke English and was very nice and tried to be helpful.

I ordered a prom dress and they said it would be ready the next day. I came a week later excited to see it when they said it hasn’t been ordered yet because their warehouse doesn’t have it. However, they said I should come back in three days. I came back when I was told to and yet again they still couldn’t place my order but I was told to come again in a week. This went on for three weeks until finally I got angry because my prom was in two weeks. I asked for Not once did they have the courtesy to call me saying it wasn’t there so that I wouldn’t have to waste time and gasoline on going theremy money back (and thank goodness they did) and left.
