One of their customers came into our company with his batteries they purchased from Battery Power. They would only warranty the batteries for $ 24.99 (prorated) each total of three batteries. The date code on all three batteries purchased September 2014 were as followed. C4, H4, and J4.

The associates here were so helpful with what I needed. They were attentive to my needs and I didn’t feel like they were just trying to make a sale. My recommendation is «DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE»! Their prices are great on their name brand batteries, but it’s just crap of a product. My first intentions were to buy 2 Optimas for my Duramax truck. They sold me on the fact that their brand batteries were just as good as Optimas but much cheaper. So I purchased 2 of their batteries in 2012 instead of my original choice. So far I’ve returned 1 of their brand batteries then a couple of months later, both batteries go out too! I removed both batteries from the truck and took them to them for an exchange. The guy was rude about my situation and told me that they will not be exchanged under the warranty at no cost but they would charge me an additional cost of $ 67.00 per battery to replace them! What??? Long story short… I purchased 2 new Interstate batteries from Costco at $ 83.00 per battery!
I talked to a couple of my buddies about the battery situation but not saying anything about where the batteries were purchased originally. They commented right of the bat that «DONT GO TO BATTERY POWER» for new batteries! I laughed and told them that I had the problem with their batteries! They also had the same problem with the batteries going out premature! So bad product, rude service and no follow through with their warranty I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I was recommended to these guys by a salesman from Autozone. This place is battery central. The counter techs are very knowledgable about batteries. I would highly recommend this place. Prices are cheap. Quality is great A+++
